Information
Hello! This is not a place of roleplay. This is where I explain The Gems to you. The Gems are Six clans. The Regal Diamondclan, The Dark and Mysterious Onyxclan, The Strong and Adventurous Jadeclan, and Pearlclan, the clan that doesn't want trouble. These clans are known as The Gems. They each follow a different belief, but each clan respects the other for it, except for Onyxclan. But you will find more information about each of these clans in their threads. There is also a darker group of cats- not a clan, they are completly anti-clan. You will find out their history on their thread. They are called, The Rocks. They take any cat of any clan of The Gems prisoner. Ocasionally a prisoner is tortured, but they are usually made a slave, trained to be part of The Rocks, or left alone. Once again, you will find out more about this in the thread of The Rocks.

History
The Gems were created when three cats, Onyx, Diamond, and Pearl, who had been rouges at the time, heard out about clans. Diamond and Pearl were sisters, and Onyx was their brother. They attempted to join Shadowclan, but were rejected because of their slim and raggedy figures, and the fact that they were rouges. Under the belief that all of the clans were like that, they dejectedly left the area. Then, they came across Windclan. Windclan helped them for a while, but the three sblings still wanted to leave. They left, and a while later, came across the Mystic Paradise. It was wonderful to them- so much land to live in, so many different biomes... then the idea struck them. They could form their own clans! They each picked an area of land. Pearl picked a large, flat area, but with many abandoned burrows in the ground, and a few small hills that had small caves inside of them. Onyx chose a dense, dark forest with tree everywhere, leaving not a single beam of sunlight to be seen. Diamond chose a large area, full of huge snowcapped mountains. In the center of it all, was a huge inactive volcano, that would never erupt again, though it still held lava. They named their clans after themselves. They recruited cats from the nearby twolegplace, and from a few lingering rouge groups. A few rouges, like Frea, Bull, and Gouge, were part of a rouge group called The Rocks, and turned the three cats down. Instead, they reported to their leader, letting them know there were clans in the area. The new leader was angry, he hated clans, they were always invading The Rocks' land. The cats of The Rocks were told to get rid of the clans, but still have not prevailed, only managing to capture a few. The clans were doing well. Greenleaf had arrived, and each clan was well-fed. Then, a group of four rouge families wandered into the territory of The Gems, which they had only just named themselves. The leader of the small group was a strong she-cat called Jade. She and her small group used to live near the clans, quite close to the Thunderclan border. Jade and her group ended up on Pearlclan territory, fortunate for them, because Pearlclan was the kindest of the three. They explained that the clans had rejected them, because they didn't want to separate and there were just too many of them. Pearl, who had become Pearlstar, secretly had the same opinion. Instead of offering shelter in her clan, she suggested that the group form their own clan. Jade, who had not thought of that, accepted. They took the land beside Onyxclan and Pearlclan, a forest surrounded by pine trees, though not as full as Onyxclan. There was a large valley in the middle of the forest, and that is where they made their camp. Jadeclan has always been good allies with Pearlclan because of the way the kind clan helped the group. The bond was never forgotten. This is how The Gems were formed.

History
The first leader of Pearlclan, Pearlstar, was a kindhearted cat. She started out as Pearl, a rouge, living near a twoleg's house. She had never wanted to be a kittypet, for she enjoyed being free and like hunting for herself. Though, she always went inside of the twoleg's house when it stormed, something her siblings did not know about. She loved her sister, Diamond. Diamond was the one whom had taught her how to fight, while Onyx has sulked, as always. When their mother, Ruby, had died from greencough, Diamond had taken it upon herself to take care of Pearl. A bit later, they learned from the kittypet who lived at the twolegplace that there were vicious cats living in the forest, who killed anyone who were not with them. Onyx had been overly eager to find them. Pearl was very scared. VERY scared. But she went, for Onyx had taunted her. They discovered that the clans were not that bad, but when they tried to join Shadowclan, because they thought that kind of life sounded good, they were turned away. Pearl was more than happy, but Onyx was furious. When Pearl tried to suggest to him that they just leave the area, Onyx turned on her. he attempted to kill her, but Diamond jumped in front of the blow. She was struck in the stomach, and nearly died. Windclan had noticed Pearl and Onyx, supporting a weak Diamond, glaring at eachother. They offered to temporarily shelter the cats, and help heal Diamond. Putting their differences aside, Onyx and pearl readily agreed. Soon, Diamond was healed and the three left. They decided not to go back to the twolegplace. They wanted a new home. Plus, Onyx was suspicious of Pearl's dissapearance every stormy night. They arrived in the Mystic Paradise. Seeing so many clans there, they had an idea. They could each form their own! Pearl immediatly set off for the twolegplace nearby an unclaimed area. She recruited five cats from there. Sheep, a handsome tom who longed freedom and later became her deputy, Wilt, a adventurous she-cat, Deer, a kind-hearted she-cat, Casey, a short-tempered she-cat who wouldn't take no for an answer, and Ash, a excited and eager young tom. She then discovered a group of rouges, and each was more than happy to join Pearl's clan. Soon, she had recruited enough cats. Therefore, pearlclan was formed.
Religion
Pearlclan, like each of The Gems, believes in The Beginning and The End. The Beginning is where The End creates kits and sends them down to their mothers. The End is where dead cats of The Gems go. Pearlclan itself believes in another thing, though. They believe in Purea, the cat goddess of all things good. Purea blesses the clan, and sometimes visits them in the form a a rouge. That is why Pearlclan is so kind to rouges.

History
The first leader of Diamondclan, Diamondstar, was kind, but liked to think she was the best. She usually kept this belief to herself. She had first been Diamond, a rouge. She had a sister named Pearl, and a brother named Onyx. Pearl was very kind, and Diamond helped her hunt after their mother, Ruby, died. Onyx was almost the exact opposite of Pearl. He stuck to the shadows, and his favorite thing to do seemed to be sulking and glaring. A bit after their mother died, they heard about clans from the kittypet who lived in the twolegplace the siblings lived near. The kittypet told them that they were vicious brutes who killed any cat that they did not know. Diamond doubted that, and Onyx urged them to go. pearl had seemed reluctant, but went, for she was being taunted by her brother. They arrived in Shadowclan territory. Onyx was eager to join, and asked if they could. Shadowclan refused, leaving Onyx very angry. Pearl tried to tell him that it was not a big deal, and that they should just leave, Onyx tried to attack her, aiming for her throat. Desperate to save her younger sister from death, Diamond jumped in front of her. Onyx slashed her stomach and left a horrible wound. Diamond fell unconcious. When she woke, she found herself in a den filled with herbs. Pearl explained to her that they were in another clan, Windclan, and she was in the den. Soon, her wound healed and the siblings left. They traveled for a while, before coming to the Mystic Paradise. They loved it. So many different biomes! They saw that many clans had formed there, and were struck by an idea. They could form their own clans! So, they set to work. Diamond headed for a mountainous area. It looked regal to her, and fit for a cat like her. Living there she found four small rouge groups, and all but one of them joined her clan. The other group was part of The Rocks, and were angry. They ran back to their area in a hurry. Diamond had enough cats for her clan. She claimed the mountainous territory as her own, and Diamondclan was formed.
Religion
Diamondclan, like each of The Gems, believes in The Beginning and The End. The Beginning is where The End creates kits and sends them down to their mothers. The End is where cats go when they are dead. Diamondclan, though, has it's own beliefs as well. It believes in Ethel, the cat goddess of beauty, and Milo, the cat god of Royalty. Ethel is a beautiful she-cat, and is quite full of herself. She makes sure Diamondclan does nothing to break the Gem Code, for then their reputation would be ruined. Milo is kind and has an air or Regalness to him. He likes helping the clan, and tries to protect it.

IC: Jade was sitting on the ground, legs crossed, dragging a stick absentmindedly dragging a stick through the ground. Her eyes were a sad, dim purple.
Angel hummed, fixing up her small fortress. She climbed up the lookout tower, and started to expand it, and build little passageways.
Dream mined quite a few shards. After she had quite a lot, she walked back to where Cloud Towers was, arms full of the shards. They hadn't been that hard to find. She used her cloak to teleport up to the towers. She landed on what she had dubbed "The Courtyard". She walked past the Cherry Trees, and the bees, and into her main tower. She began to climb the steps.

History
The first leader of Onyxclan, Onyxstar, was a mysterious cat who kept to himself. He had started out as Onyx. He had two sisters, named Diamond and Pearl. Pearl was a shy, kind cat, who seemed pretty soft to him. He paid little attention to her. Diamond was kind as well, but had an aura of confidence to her. When his mother, Ruby died, he was heartbroken. He didn't tell the other two though. He thought it would make him seem weak, just like they were. A bit afterwards, they heard from a kittypet that they lived near about clans. The kittypet told them that the clans were full of vicious, brutal cats who fight and kill for fun. Onyx was eager to go. They headed into the forest, and found Shadowclan. The clan cats turned them away though. Onyx was furious, and when Pearl tried to cheer him up, he tried to slash at her. Diamond jumped in his path, though, and she was struck in the stomach. Onyx and Pearl, though furious at eachother, supported their sister. They decided not to go back to where they had been. They wanted a new life, away from the clans. Windclan though, saw them passing through their territory with Diamond, who was wounded very badly, and took pity. They sheltered them for a while, until Diamond healed. It did not take that long. Soon, they were on their way again. After about four days time of travel, they came across the Mystic Paradise. They loved it. They saw so many clans there, all created by cats with a dream. It gave them an idea. They could create their own clans! So they set off to work. Onyx looked for a biome that suited him, and found it. It was a dense forest. No sunlight could be seen. He loved it. He recruited cats from rouge groups everywhere. He also found a large cave system that he decided to use as his camp. This is how Onyxclan was formed.
Religion
Like all of The Gems, Onyxclan believes in The Beginning and The End. The Beginning is where The End creates kits and sends them down to their mothers. The End is where dead cats go. Onyxclan has it's own beliefs, though. They also believe in Sakuria, the feline goddess of Darkness, and Darken, the feline god of death. These two imortals guide dying Onyxclan cats to The End.
