Personality-
Mallus is a quiet wolf, who has spent his life avoiding others and always on the move. While he does not talk much, his ears are always open. He is kind but withdrawn until you give him a reason to act otherwise. Proud and will speak his mind.
Appearance-
Mallus is a large, strong white wolf. He has thick, coarse fur and yellow eyes.

Family-
His mother was a loner, and he was her only pup. She died not along ago during an elk hunt gone bad.

Other-
I was thinking he could fall from a small cliff or something, and thus break his hip. He spends time with the Shaman and that's how he becomes Undermed.

That sounds good. So, while Mallus is near the pack the shadow/demon pushes him over?

The scent of prey filled his nose. It was nothing more than a hare, but it would do for the hungry young wolf. Mallus picked up speed into a steady lope. He was so focused on the hunt that he barely noticed where he was going. The scent of other wolves hit him suddenly, strongly. He froze in his tracks.
Mallus looked around. He stood on a hill, surrounded loosely by trees. His fur stood on end - their scent was strong, he must be near a den. With a sigh, he gave up on the hare, turning to run off in a different direction.
He made it a few feet before he came to another screeching halt. The hill was too steep this way, almost straight down. His feet carried him to the edge so he could stare down the cliff in mild frustration.
He did not loose his balance, or willingly move forward, or slip. The white wolf was pushed forward from behind by some unseen, unheard force. He twisted through the air, letting out a harsh, loud yelp as he hit the ground lower back first. Snap. Pain rushed through his hip, leaving him panting among the rocks. Something was broke. Not his spine, seeing as he could move his back legs, though not without pain and another yelp. Panic. He was trapped among unknown wolves, unable to properly defend himself. He struggled to stand and flee, but could barely rise before his body pulled him back down.

Mallus paused in his struggle, twisting his neck around to see the patch of red staining his white coat. He gave the wound a few licks out of sympathy. Now, to get out of there. His life as a loner exposed him to only one friendly wolf, his mother. The other wolves they avoided or were chased by, and images of sharp teeth trailing behind him forced the male into action. He moved his front legs first, bringing them under his body and raising his upper half. Giving a small growl of determination, he began to move his left back leg, slowly bringing it straight under him. It didn't last very long, and he hit the ground again with a small cry.

Mallus jumped when the voice reached him, his head whipping around. Was that the one who pushed him? Evil brat. He froze, tense, as the she-wolf began her descent. When she reached the ground, his gears started to move again. A low growl rushed from him, teeth bared and fur on end, his small ears pointed sharply forward. One wolf, just one. But did he stand a chance?

The growl died up and his teeth were once more covered by his lips, but the tense posture remained. Mallus stared at her quietly, sorting through several possible responses. "Are you the one who pushed me?" He questioned in a steady voice.

Mallus shook his head, shaking his mind into clarity. It seemed plausible that she was telling the truth. His front paw awkwardly scraped the ground, his eyes following the movement. "Yeah, that'd be great." He said softly. Asking for help, from a stranger no less, was a blow to the loner's pride. He was supposed to be able to care for himself. But considering the circumstances...
His eyes darted up to meet hers. "Your den is nearby?"

Mallus leaned on the other two wolves, not questioning the appearance of who he would later know to be Solstice. Keeping as much weight on his front legs as possible, he trudged forward. "Mallus." He panted. While he was curious to the other's names, words were often in short supply with him.

Snow. Sol. Mallus mentally recorded their names. He'd noticed how Snow did the talking, how Sol obeyed her, how she offered him the help of her pack without having to ask anyone. She had to be higher ranking, right? He settled gently onto the floor of the Shaman's, Nikoli's, den, taking in the warm place with thinly veiled curiosity and waiting for said wolf to appear. "Thanks." He told the she-wolf as she left, lying on his side with a huff.

Mallus looked up as a male wolf, the shaman he assumed, appeared. "New. My name is Mallus." He said, offering one of the few introductions he'd ever given. He was plenty fine with Snow giving the next one. He gave a nod of recognition to Thunder, tucking his paw under his body as though to keep as much of himself away from others as possible.
More wolves. Mallus felt his ears go back as two new males approached. He noticed the small wolf, but his eyes rested on the larger one for a moment before he dipped his head. "Fell." He explained right before Snow had to tell the story again. Poor girl. The white wolf let out a sigh as Nikoli finally got them away.

Mallus nodded softly. He laid his head on his front paws, small ears revolving as noises from the camp entered the den. A pack. He was in the middle of a pack camp, talking to their shaman who had orders to patch him up, however that was done. And that wolf was still there. His yellow eyes landed on the male who seemed to be making an effort not to look at him. Had he done something wrong?
The shaman spoke to another wolf, and his attention was diverted to a female. One that didn't want him there, from the looks of it. He averted his eyes, instead letting them fall on a harmless pebble.

Mallus' ears perked at the mention of water. How could water be brought to him? Though curious, he did not ask. He busied himself listening Nikoli's process. The mixture felt odd on his skin, but not unpleasant. The stick part sounded as though it would be a great annoyance, and it hurt a bit going on. His head twisted around to see how else he was going to be messed with. He recognized some of the plants Nikoli had brought out, if he remembered them, he could take care of himself in the future.
