Jasper nodded, "Sure, we'll leave Jazz out here." Taking her hand again, he gently pushed his dog off his feet and headed for the house. When Jazz started to follow them, he distracted her by gesturing toward the woods and saying, "Go find me a stick, Jazz! Go get it!" He smiled after her as she bounded into the forest, probably trying to find the biggest stick she could.
Looking back at Brook, he smiled and said, "Thanks for being so nice to her. I appreciate it. If it makes you feel any better, I also have a kitten. He's only 12 weeks old."
By then they were on the porch, and he let go of her hand to open the door for her.

Jasper's eyebrows shot up as she squealed in such a high voice that he could barely understand what she was saying. Walking into the house and shutting the door behind them, he answered, "Uh, I think he might be in the living room, maybe." He kicked off his shoes and led the way down the hallway to the living room. "Felix? You in here?" He called. After a moment, there was a tiny mew and Felix stuck his little grey and white out from underneath the coffee table. "Oh, hey, buddy, what were ya doing under there?" Jasper asked, bending down to pet the little kitten.
Dis is Felix,

-
Jasper sat on the floor next her and Felix, leaning his back against the couch. He grinned, "Yeah, he's something alright. Jazz found him out in the woods one day and brought him to me, carrying him like he was her very own. Then he was about four weeks old, and very malnourished. That's why he's so little. But he's a total wild child." Jasper smiled, then got up, leaving Brook to play with the kitten.
"Do you want something to eat or drink?" He asked, stepping into the kitchen that joined into the living room. -
Jasper got a couple of glasses from the cupboard, filled them both with water, grabbed an apple from a on the counter and walked back to the living room where Brook was laying on her stomach.
Sitting down next to her, he placed the waters on the coffee table and took a bite out of his apple.
"So, you said you had a cat?" he asked curiously, shifting so his broken arm rested on a throw pillow. -
Jasper looked at the picture, "Hey, she's cute! I usually don't like hairless animals, but she looks really sweet." Jasper paused when she said she hadn't been kidding. It took him a minute to figure out what Brook was talking about, but when he realized what she meant, he didn't exactly know how to respond. So instead of answering he leaned toward her and kissed her lightly on the mouth.
-
Jasper smiled at her, and wrapped his arm around her shoulders when she moved to his side, drawing her a bit closer. He wasn't exactly sure how he was supposed to continue and he thought quickly, but ended up just sitting there, holding her.
After a moment, Felix jumped up on the couch and began playfully batting at Brook's hair. Jasper couldn't help but chuckle at the kitten. -
Felix pounced on Brook's blue once again, then distracted by a fly on the wall, scampered off. Jasper laughed at the the cat's antics, then immediately refocused when Brook kissed his cheek.
"Yeah, I guess it was just this morning wasn't it? Almost seems longer." He sighed contentedly as Brook started to play with his hair again.
Taking out his phone again to check the time, he saw that it was only 4:45pm and his mom wouldn't be home for a couple of hours. -
Jasper shrugged when she asked what they should now. "I don't we could watch a movie, or something? What do you want to do?" He looked down so it was easier for her to reach his hair.
When she was done and taking a picture, he rolled his eyes dramatically. He laughed and stretched his legs out in front of him. -
(Lol, I totally have low muse, so I'm adding a bit of detail about his surroundings and stuff. Dat's all XD)
Jasper smiled and gently supported her weight. "Do want to watch a movie on the couch?" He asked, shifting slightly.
Just he heard scratching on the glass sliding door that opened up into the backyard. Glancing over, he saw Jazz standing behind the glass with a stick the size of a small tree in her mouth. He looked back at Brook, unsure if he should let Jazz in or not.(Sorry to bring the dog back in, but she kinda lives there, so yeah..."
-
Jasper, seeing that Brook was comfortable on the couch, quietly opened the door for Jazz, who couldn't fit her stick through the door, so left it outside. Walking back to the couch, Jasper silently covered Brook with a light blanket. He couldn't help but smile when he saw Felix curled in her arms.
After feeding Jazz her dinner, he threw his apple core from earlier away, and sat down at the table to do his homework. There wasn't much, so it would only take about thirty minutes if he focused. -
I need one more rper for my thread before we can start. Semi-realistic, intermediate roleplay.

Name: previously Casey, now known as 2
Age: 14
Gender: male
Power: Electrical powers (He controls electricity and it can shoot from his fingers.)
Reason why he's here: Someone caught him charging his phone after school using his powers. -
Naw, he's just cute, lol. Oops, I forgot his number.
-
It's fine. But I'm glad your aware that people can be dangerous on the internet. I totally thought you were older than 11 though, lol.
I, however am nothing like my character. -
OOC: Sure. Hey, totally fooled me. Especially that character you used in our last rp. But, I guess, when I was your age, I was the same way.
IC: Casey stared at the white-washed wall of his cell. At least, that's what people used to call him, Casey, but ever since he'd been brought to the institute, he'd been known as '2'. He hated the institute. It was bored, and they did tests on him, and stabbed him with needles. Ugh. He hated needles, always had.
2 found himself hating most very thing now a days. The guards, his cell, the food, even the water here tasted bad.
Groaning irritably, he flopped down on his cot, the only furnishing in the tiny cell.
Bored out of his mind, he waited for something interesting to happen. But that hadn't happened in the entire six months that 2 had been here. -
2 sighed and stared at the ceiling, which was engraved with elaborate patterns. Those hadn't been before 2 moved in, even though he was cuffed, he could still use his powers, and, in theory, blow the door off it's hinges, if he wanted to. He certainly wanted to, but there were always guards outside the door, and he didn't want to risk a fight with them, so he was a good little science experiment and stayed in his cell.
Finding a blank spot on the ceiling, 2 started to burn a new pattern into the concrete. -
2 looked up out the window. He saw a young girl peering out of window at him, "Just drawing, uh, kinda." He answered. He wondered why he'd never seen the girl before. He was sure that no one new had come in. He would have certainly noticed that, but he'd never seen this kid before.
(Sorry, kinda low muse)
