[fancypost borderwidth=0;font-size:8pt; text-align:justify; line-height:95%; letter-spacing: -.5px; width:450px; margin-top: -10px;]i'm not sure a character could reach a point of being "fully developed" for as long as you continue to rp your character they will continue to further change. but of course that speaking in terms of real life, but for a character that's completely up to you whether they do or not i suppose. i personally don't have an actual answer to what a fully developed character would be like, but para does raise some really good points, specifically the first one, so i'd have to say that sounds like the best answer to your question.

[fancypost borderwidth=0;font-size:8pt; text-align:justify; line-height:95%; letter-spacing: -.5px; width:450px; margin-top: -10px;]The Tiger's Wife by Téa Obreht is marvelous. The book is very well written imo and is quite an interesting read. There's minimal romance as well since that's not the main focus of the book. Because I'm too lazy to provide a crude synopsis of the plot, here's the brief wikipedia article on it.
The Tiger's Wife is set in an unnamed Balkan country, in the present and half a century ago, and features a young doctor's relationship with her grandfather and the stories he tells her, primarily about the 'deathless man' who meets him several times in different places and never changes, and a deaf-mute girl from his childhood village who befriends a tiger that has escaped from a zoo. It was largely written while she was at Cornell, and excerpted in The New Yorker in June 2009. Asked to summarize it by a university journalist, Obreht replied, "It's a family saga that takes place in a fictionalized province of the Balkans. It’s about a female narrator and her relationship to her grandfather, who's a doctor. It's a saga about doctors and their relationships to death throughout all these wars in the Balkans."

I've been using GIMP for quite a while now and i can say that i have yet to get any viruses from it.

[fancypost borderwidth=0;font-size:8pt; text-align:justify; line-height:95%; letter-spacing: -.5px; width:450px; margin-top: -10px;] I've only rped there for a short time now as I joined only a few days ago, but it's really nice so far c: I personally like that the group sticks with their beliefs, though perhaps a little over exaggerated sometimes to the point it's a bit cliche. I haven't got too invested into it yet both ic and ooc, but I'm likely it so far!

[fancypost borderwidth=0;font-size:8pt; text-align:justify; line-height:95%; letter-spacing: -.5px; width:450px; margin-top: -10px;] a favorite book of mine atm would be the tiger's wife by tea obreht. though I have yet to read it (will be buying the book once I have the time), a million little pieces by james Frey sounds quite good as well.
if you're looking for something more fantasy/lore originated I suggest eon, and it's sequel eona, by allison goodman. just a head's up if you do decide to pick these books up, they tend to go by a few different names.
my history professor suggested to my class to read nana by emile zola. it's another book I plan to purchase. it's a historical fiction novel that tells the story of a French prostitute and her rise to power so I'm not sure if that's really your cup of tea but I thought it'd be worth suggesting. I'm assuming this is a mature book so if you're quite young I'd advise you to not pick it up just to be safe.
i have also heard that lolita by vladimir nabokov is a really good and well written book. however, it deals with pedophilia and the psyche of a pedophile so, once again, I'm not sure if it's really cup of tea but worth mentioning. I haven't read it yet, but I'm planning to pick it up and read it at some point. like nana, I'd probably assume this would be mature book, so if you're young I'd strongly advise against you reading it.

[fancypost borderwidth=0;font-size:8pt; text-align:justify; line-height:95%; letter-spacing: -.5px; width:450px; margin-top: -10px;] i have yet to watch it yet actually, but black mirror sounds super interesting. it's a science fiction satirical drama series that deals with modern day technology and it's affects on people. but if you want a more fancy way of describing it, the wikipedia article states that it "features speculative fiction with dark and sometimes satirical themes that examine modern society, particularly with regard to the unanticipated consequences of new technologies". can't say how bad or good it is since i haven't watched it yet, but the plot sounds really cool so i think it's worth suggesting at least c:

[fancypost borderwidth=0;font-size:8pt; text-align:justify; line-height:95%; letter-spacing: -.5px; width:450px; margin-top: -10px;]ah braces. the bane of my high school experience. i know this is super early to say, but wear your retainer once you get your braces removed. i never wore my and i regret it omg. anyway, eating will be pretty difficult because food will literally get stuck to everything which is why it's super duper important to floss!! i know it's a pain, but you must floss or you'll have issues down the road (trust me, i know). so never slack on that. right not, since your teeth hurt quite a lot, it's alright to slack on the floss, but do pick up the habit of flossing daily once you get accustomed to the wires. also, brush like two-three times a day or more if you can.
really the only thing to do is just take some ibuprofen and rest. drink a lot and eat really soft foods to not irritate your gums/teeth. i personally did use wax, but you might get blisters if you don't so i'd recommend it, though you'll probably not need it later on. to keep you mind off of the pain do activities you enjoy! pet your cat/dog/whatever, watch videos, sleep/nap, go out with friends etc. the pain won't last long so you'll get past it soon c:

[fancypost borderwidth=0;font-size:8pt; text-align:justify; line-height:95%; letter-spacing: -.5px; width:450px; margin-top: -10px;] i mean i'm bilingual and i honestly don't have a problem with people who can't pronounce things properly in my language because i mean i don't blame them they were never taught how. though, my language isn't that widely spoken to begin with so i suppose i don't have much experience with it other than my surname. literally no one ever pronounces that correctly. but i do know where you're coming from on the whole Japanese thing. i cringe when i see people say stereotypical phrases and such that just isn't necessary. but that's in a whole other category than just people not translating their character's language. that's just plain butchering the language tbh.
