Please join my border patrol and help in this adventure

MistySnow headed towards snake rocks, she opened her mouth to call to the rest of the patrol but froze, her nose twitching and her eyes wide she whispered "Rogues!"

MountainPaw ignored her mentors call and raced through the gorse tunnel, she ran until she reached a part of the territory shed never seen before. She collapsed onto the grass and lay still "im all alone, even the warriors think I dont fit in" she said to herself.

Mistysnow crouched low and swung her head from side to side 'the scent's coming from all around' she thought desperately. She began to back away, signalling for the others to do the same, when with a high-pitched yowl, a rogue jumped onto her back.

Mountainpaw heaved herself up, deciding to hunt to take her mind off her worries, when she heard a noise. Cat scent drifted towards her...

Mistysnow rolled onto her back, crushing her attacker. The rogue lay winded on the floor and Mistysnow glanced around, anxious for her clanmates safety, reassurred she leaped onto the tabby rogue and raked its stomach with her claws!

DewPaw raced through the forest, watching the trees blur by, he didnt know where he was headed or why, but he carried on regardless. "Its like i feel something pulling me, I have purpose, a destiny that needs to be fulfilled. I know Im only an apprentice, but that doesnt matter because this is bigger than any of us." Suddenly DewPaw recognised where he was. Twolegplace!

MistySnow and her apprentice DewPaw bound to the she-cats side and set off towards the border.

MistySnow had needed to clear her head so had set off on a solo hunting patrol. She strolled towards tallpines, licking her lips at the thought of a juicy mouse, but the scent of kittypet filled her nostrils, not live prey. Anger at an intruder spurred her onward and she sped towards the smell. "What are you doing on my territo-" she yowled, and then stuttered to a halt, it was just a kit, a lonely scared kit.

Mistysnow blinked at NorthEye, knowing she was right, MistySnow placed one paw on the struggling rogue, pinning him to the floor "What are you doing on our territory?" she growled.

Mistysnow padded towards Brightheart "Something troubling you?" She asked curiously.

"Oh sorry! Didnt see you there" Mistysnow mewed, dropping her voice to a low, comforting tone "hello there young one, i'm sorry for scaring you"

Mistysnow skidded to a halt in front of a shadowclan warrior, she began to circle him, waving her tail menacingly.

Dewpaw leaped straight onto a grey she-cat with a yowl of excitement.

Mistysnow glanced in surprise at her apprentice, and in this moment of distraction, the white tom leapt onto her shoulders.

"And what is your name? Why are you here, do you have no mother?" asked Mistysnow, she tried to act soothing but her curiosity made her ask all these questions.

Dewpaw slowed down as he caught a whiff of another cat, but all was still... Suddenly Dewpaw heard a gasp of pain and looked up to see a cat, eyes closed tight up in a tree!

"You should be more carefull in future" said Mistysnow a little sternly, then softened "shall we see if we can find your twolegs, i mean erm 'housefolk'" she asked.

"Yes lots, we all live together in our clan; Thunderclan!" said Mistysnow proudly

Dewpew yowled up to the cat, trying to act fierce, but curious too "Who are you? Do you know why i am here?"

"I know its hard to make desisions like this but" she glanced at Silverfur "We could use some new paws in the clan"

Mistysnow wrapped her tail round the kit "What other cats?" she asked gently

"Yes I- that is I think so, Im not really sure whats going on" said Dewpaw
