<blockquote>On delicate but eager paws, a young RiverClan warrior padded over to the side of the water. She gazed at the waves as if they were an old, wise Clan leader, full of respect and compassion. She loved the river, how it fed and nurtured her Clan to be the cats they were today, but at the same time respected its power, having seen what it could do to a cat caught unawares.

Autumnspark's wide blue eyes reflected the rippling water as she gazed at it, debating on whether or not the time was right for a little swim. She had already been hunting that morning, and wasn't due on patrol until sunset.

Oh, I might as well," she said, waving her bushy tail with a flourish. With a subtle leap, she launched herself into the cooling liquid, and let her strong RiverClan instincts for swimming take over.</blockquote>

My ShadowClan she-cat, Fallenwing, is looking for love. xD Only I want it to be against the rules, so I'm looking for a tom from any Clan, besides ShadowClan, of course. Even a loner would work.

Fallenwing is very secretive, guarded, and proud, but any cat who can break through her protective shield will gain the trust of a very worthy cat.

    Thanks! :)

OOC-Aww, it's so cute, I love it! Is Mythpaw a new character?

Snowsong purred her agreement. "We'll worry about that when in happens."

She shook her head to clear away upsetting thoughts, and her mind turned instead to how much she was beginning to like Firecrystal. He understood her deep devotion to her Clan, and he knew what it was like to be caught in a situation in which you had no control over. Could he possibly think she was special, too?</blockquote></blockquote>

<blockquote>The tortoiseshell she-cat hauled herself up quickly onto a stone jutting out of the river, and began to smooth out her glossy wet fur. It always felt amazing, sitting in the sun after a swim, feeling the warm rays dry her fur naturally.

Letting her crystal blue eyes drift around a bit, Autumnspark caught sight of a cat on the riverbank, chasing a vole and killing it off rather spectacularly. She stood up and jumped from stone to stone, until she reached land once again. "Hello," she mewed to the tomcat. "Great catch!"</blockquote>

<blockquote>Fallenwing's fast pace slowed as she reached the edge of the cluster of pine trees that dotted her territory. It was an exciting day for her as well as Chemicalpaw; because today, she was assessing her first apprentice one last time before she became a warrior.

The she-cat turned and waited for her apprentice to reach their destination as well. "Well, Chemicalpaw," she began, "If you can pass this assesment, I can give Winterstar the okay to make you a warror!" she licked the young cat affectionately between the ears. "You know how the assessment goes. Just catch as much prey as you can before it's through, and remember, I'll be watching you."</blockquote>

    OOC-I really love her eyes!

Snowsong's amber gaze drifted to her companion, and caught him staring at her with the same intensity in his eyes. Her heart practically melted. How long had she been waiting for a cat to look at her like that? Far too long.

Then he turned away, and it was all she could do not to let out a mrrow of laughter. Tomcats! Couldn't he tell that she liked him a lot, too?

The sky was beginning to turn colorful, and the white she-cat realized that the sun was setting. A sunset on Sunningrocks! There was hardly a more beautiful sight in the entire forest. "Look," she purred to Firecrystal, gesturing her tail towards the perfect sky.</blockquote></blockquote>

<blockquote>OOC-Yeah, we should do that! Great idea :)

"You have until the sun begins to set," Fallenwing answered with a small nod. "Good luck!"

The silver and black warrior took off into the trees a few seconds after her apprentice had. She knew the best observing spots, where she would be able to watch Chemicalpaw without ruining the young cat's concentration on her prey. </blockquote>

    <blockquote>OOC-lol, that's fine. :)

Fallenwing swished her tail in satisfaction. Chemicalpaw had been doing excellently on her assesment, and had caught plenty of prey. The sun was close to setting, and the silver black warrior was preparing to go and help her apprentice haul her catch back to the camp.

A low growl came from somewhere deeper into the trees, towards the thunderpath. She pricked her ears and prowled towards the sound. But suddenly there was a yowl that sounded terribly familiar, and she took off at a sprint towards the foul-scented Twoleg path. All she saw was a pitch black cat attacking her apprentice, but that was enough. With an eerie caterwaul, she threw herself at the intruder, claws unsheathed, aiming to pin him down and allow Chemicalpaw a chance to escape. </blockquote>

    <blockquote><blockquote>
Snowsong's heart fluttered, and she moved herself closer to him. It was becoming colder now that the sun was setting, but beside him, the white warrior was so wonderfully warm. "Really?" she purred, letting the purr last a second longer before ending.</blockquote></blockquote>

<blockquote>"I'm Autumnspark," she mewed, licking her paw and drawing it over her tortoiseshell splashed ear. He hadn't seen her around the warrior's den? That was surprising, since the newly made warrior had done all she could to make her presence known to the older warriors. But all the same, she had been made a warrior less than a moon ago.

    "Well, I haven't been a warrior long," she admitted.</blockquote>

    <blockquote><blockquote>
A purr burst from Snowsong's chest, and she twined her tail with Firecrystal's. The sun had almost disappeared beneath the horizon now, and there was only a faint pink and orange glow where it had left.

"We should probably go back soon," she mewed, wishing they could just sit here and watch the sky. "The Clan will probably think we've disappeared!" She twithed her ears in amusement.

OOC- So, kits...Three, right? One for you, one for me, and one for adoption. Sound good?</blockquote></blockquote>

    <blockquote><blockquote>
OOC-Snowsong's not fluffy enough to be considered persian, but yes, she's white. So we've got yours, Griddlekit, a white she cat, mine, Whisperkit, a gray and white tabby, and the kit for adoption...he should probably be a tom, and how about he's a white and ginger, like Firecrystal?

Snowsong laughed again and jumped down the rocks beside Firecrystal. Perhaps, with him, she'd be able to forget some of the things worrying her within ThunderClan and be happier and at least a bit carefree again. Maybe she'd finally found the cat who would be more important to her than anything. How she hoped.</blockquote></blockquote>

<blockquote>"Run, Chemicalpaw!" Fallenwing desperately called to her apprentice, even though Chemicalpaw didn't look in any condition to actually run. Instincts called out for Fallenwing to run and aid her apprentice, but if she did, that would allow this filthy piece of fox-dung a clear path to attack them both. How dare he ambush a ShadowClan apprentice on her own territory?

Instead, the she-cat silently cursed herself for not watching Chemicalpaw more closely. What kind of mentor was she? But the assessment had been going so well, and she had not expected something like this to happen.

She jumped aside to avoid Blood of the Dying Phoenix's lashes, but felt a sharp pain as one of his razor claws scratched her leg. She ran at him again and aimed to rake her own claws across his underbelly.</blockquote>

    <blockquote>I'll play a kit. :)

RP Sample- (this was my sample from the original mansion tryout)

A pair of piercing green eyes gleamed through the darkness, from between two small oak trees. They drifted around a bit, and, upon catching sight of their unknown target, disappeared into the forest once again.

Ariadne was a loner, who spent most of her time roaming abandoned Twoleg nests, searching for life's essentials; food, shelter, water, and medicine. The dark tabby cat never remained in one place for very long, more due to the tough lifestyle she led than restlessness and boredom. Most cats would turn away from that sort of life, but Ariadne rather liked it. It suited her cold attitude.

That night, the she-cat had made her den under an rocky overhang in the forest, having been unsucessful in finding a vacant Twoleg nest for the night. She swung her head around to groom the fur on her back, and noticed that she had picked up a tick while hunting that day. With a sigh, she heaved herself to her feet, padded out from under the overhang, and tasted the air. Sure enough, there was a mouse in the shadows only a tail length away. She pounced, caught it, and killed it all in a margin of a few seconds, and then brought it back to her makeshift den. After extracting the bile and wrinkling her nose at the smell, she patted a bit onto the small black speck that was the tick, and it dropped off at once. When she had rid her paws of the bile at a nearby puddle, she placed her head on her paws and fell asleep.

Morning arrived quickly, and the tabby cat got swiftly to her paws and padded out of her nest, not looking back. That was the way it was for her. She cared for nothing and no one, but that was mostly because she had nothing and no one to care for.

As she was making her way out of the forest, the loner could have sworn she spotted a pair of amber eyes shining out of a bush. She gave a snarl, and the orbs vanished. She continued in peace, and when she reached the edge of the forest, she stopped. She had spotted a decrypt old Twoleg mansion in the distance.

It was time for a change. </blockquote>

<blockquote>Autumnspark watched intently as Moonpaw caught her fish, and then stare at it as the life drained out of it. She remembered when she had caught her first fish as an apprentice, watching with wide, shocked eyes as the fish flopped its life away on the river's edge. Since then, the tortoiseshell she-cat had preffered to kill her catch quickly, before it began it's disturbing path to death.

"Hi," she mewed to Leopardclaw as the other she-cat emerged from behind a bush. "Sure, come on in!" Autumnspark dipped her white paws into the river once again, feeling the refreshig liquid run over them. She had always loved the way the calming water relaxed her, even at the worst of times. </blockquote>
