  • Wait, but... I'm not a Pet! (A Shapeshifter RP) OPEN TO ALL

    Some people like fairies, or pixies, or angels. But there are some who like pets. And these aren't your average pets. Not a dog, cat, fish, horse or hamster. They could be part one of these, but the pets I'm talking about are different. They are Shapeshifters.


    Shapeshifters are people who are so close to animals they can become one, and are always at least some part animal. Some shifters can't even become fully human again. And some shifters can be created.


    If you know the right person, he/she could get you one. Rumor has it that he/she is a witch with magic powers to make these shifters. But, whatever the reason, one person in particular likes these pets. So, this is the story of the very wealthy person in a mansion with their many, many pets.

    Personality~ Alethia has a different perspective than most people, even demigods. She thinks differently, and she is much more comfortable with machines than people. Alethia has an odd sense of humor, often cracking jokes when others around her are serious, and don't have time for her jokes.
    History~ From a young age, Alethia skipped around schools. She didn't really understand why, but she would always get kicked out of the schools. Her mother never spoke about her father, and Alethia was okay about that. She didn't mind. Alethia focused more on trying to stay in school than her father. But, finally, very soon after her 14th birthday, Alethia ran away from home. She wouldn't go to another school just to be kicked out again. Alethia wandered around for a while, never staying in one place for very long, until she found Camp Half-blood. At first, Alethia was cautious, but soon entered the camp. Now she has a safe place to call home.

  • Camp Half~Blood {RP Thread} {Prophecy+Quest!} {Sign~Up Inside!}

    Alethia walked out of the Hephaestus cabin, already messing with something in her hands. Alethia had just arrived a few days ago, but had already settled into the camp life. She had been claimed the night before, and the cabin had accepted her. Alethia stopped messing with the gadget in her hands for a moment, and, after tinkering one more thing, let it go. A small whooshing sound came from the small bit of metal as it flew around. It flew around for a short while, before dropping back down to the ground. Alethia picked the object back up and slid it into her pocket.

    "Yeah. Thanks." Alethia said, looking up quickly at Michaela before looking back down at her gadget. She clicked a few gears, and twisted something. She shifted one more thing slightly, before the small gadget started to make whooshing sounds again. It rose as it started to fly around, little gears turning to keep it in the air. Before it could go far, Alethia grabbed the metal thing again, and started tinkering with the gears again.

    This is the prophecy. The demigods don't know much about the meaning, but a few things are apparent. One, two children of Zeus and two children of Poseidon were chased, hunted and forced to flee. From what? I don't know. Home? Maybe it hasn't happened yet, and they will be chased from Camp Half-Blood. I also know that help will be there, along their path. And so will temptations. Be strong, young heroes. And let the gods be with you.
