Aubrey held her breath. She remembered the way her father died and why she would never drink. 'He was driving in a car in the winter, he was drunk. He tried to turn but in his mind he was turning, meanwhile, he was in teh middle of an intersection. An eightwheeler drove toward him, not knowing her father was their, he didnt see his small buggie, crashed over him.' She remembered going to the hospital moping, and her mother was surprisingly fine, not one tear drop across her face. She said it was his fault for drinking and driving. About a year later she became a druggie herself. She died from overdose two years later after his death. So she went to live with her aunt in Texas, she too, was a alcoholic and almost sixtie years old. Didnt take much for her to go... She went through MANY foster care parents and seen many deaths. All becasue of booze.. Ashlyn snapped back to Krissie. "No I never have, and I'm not starting now."
