LongMane padded towards Fireblaze and Hiddenred calmly. She asked them, "What are you guys doing?" then sat down patiently waiting for an answer, her tail twitching.

LongMane was hunting in the forest, when a strange scent carried her to find the quarrel. She recognized Fireblaze and Bluestream from her own clan but not the loner she-kit. LongMane padded up to Blustream. "Who is this kit?!" She said dumbfoundedly. "The kit smells... strange. She is not a member of our clan." LongMane bent down and gave the cat a cautious sniff.

Longmane stood up with an excited look on her face, and bounced off into the path that Fireblaze was going.

"I see, well, welcome to Thunder clan young one." Longmane mewed warmly to the kit. A bit differently from the slight hostility she showed before.

"This coyote looks like a good one." Meowed Longmane.

" I do, but you may not like the answer... a loner Bluestream." Longmane replied quietly.

She nodded her head in acknowledgment then turned and padded off into the woods. She scented the air and smelled a mouse not far off. Longmane got into a hunter's crouch and stalked the juicy little morsel.

"No kits yet, but she is expecting them very soon and would be happy to welcome the kit." she replied.

Longmane followed the cats into the nursery. " I've got Shadesnow of Thunderclan here, she's waiting near the fresh-kill pile." She said.

Longmane pounced and in one swift move she killed the creature. After catching several mice with some assorted birds and voles, she went and brought the 6 bits of prey back to the camp.

"So, how was your hunt?" Longmane asked the two toms.

"I am so glad for your aprovall, Shadesnow." Longmane mewed joyfully.

"I hope you do not mind Bluestream, I forgot to mention about Shadesnow's future kits." Mewed Longmane.

Longmane was walking throught the woods when stoped to pick up a dead vole. "What is this?! This should have been buryed!" Longmane cryed.

" Why are YOU in our territory!? You are a loner!!!" Hissed Longmane, unsheathing her claws.
