IC: "You're in my territory." He growled, twitching an ear at a small crackle of leaves and twigs as some other animal bounded away from the strong wolf a scent. "And scaring away my prey." Blitz watched this strange female intently, trying to intimidate her. His tone was damped though, it missed the usuall edge to his voice when he addressed trespassing strangers. Her scent was... Off.

IC: Blitz cocked his head at the stranger. Her howl was all emotion which intrigued him. Having once been in a pack, Blitz had always been taught that the alpha wolf would howl to other packs. Usually to relay information about issues in territories or prey movements. Hearing this wordless cry was... Different. Blitz was still as a statue and listened silently.

IC: Blitz narrowed his eyes before letting out a quite huff "Blitz. I am called Blitz and my territory ranges far to the West, it will take the better of the night to cross it." With that he turned, padding briskly off westward, weaving between the foliage quickly and silently.

IC: Blitz said nothing but subtly flicked an ear in appreciation. As they went on Blitz's mind started to drift off in thought. Losing his concentration, Blitz didn't pay attention to his surroundings and as he kept over a long fallen log, misjudging the distance he tripped. Blitz landed on his side but was up in an instance with and shocked and embarrassed snarl.

IC: Blitz glared at her, "I did nothing of the sort." He growled, "If you are going to find this home of yours and be on the other side of my land before the Morning Star then we need to keep moving." Blitz Ruffles his fur, lowering the neck along his neck and back. He hadn't realized that his hackles had gone up but dismissed it as instinct. Quickly and purposefully he turned back and began to trot away, not looking back to see if Chirp would follow.

IC: Blitz glanced back at her when she stopped but kept on. "Once, but not anymore." The black wolf stopped and stared with narrow but amused eyes as Chirp pulled her little stunt. He passed his gaze over her fluffy fur, "You remind me of a pup with your tromping around. did your elders not teach you how to move quietly? With your frame and size is expect you to be slightly more... Graceful." He padded through the foliage and fallen leaves and sticks easily, nosing Chirp up to her own paws.

IC: yup. So my girlfriend and I fought, I tried for a month to get over her but I needed her forgiveness before I could forget her and well I tried to tell her that but it only sounded like I wanted us to get back together and now I have no idea what to do. I love her but I've kinda sorta moved on and I don't know how to break it to her without breaking her heart so yeah.

IC: Blitz nodded slowly, eyes closed. Chirp wasn't a bad wolf, she was just, childish. Which actually surprised Blitz now knowing her past. The fluffy wolf before him didn't seem like she was lying or deceiving him and having long etched his own past in a memorized Elder's Story, decided he ought to return the favor of sharing. "I am Blitz, once know as Grim. I was born under the new moon to Heart's Blood and Star Gazer, the Beta male and female of the Quick Trial pack. My birth was followed by the slaughter of all but three of the Quick Trial pack, my mother, litter mate, and my self. Our pack had been warring over a very imperative piece of territory with a rival pack composed of loners, rogues, and exiles. Our camp was ambushed while we slept, the sentries killed so suddenly that they could not even call out a warning. Hear's Blood and Star Gazer escaped with one pup in each of their jaws. They ran through the night and until sun rise, when they found suitable shelter. One of the rival wolves tracked us though, killing Star Gazer in battle but recieve wounds to great for himself to survive. Heart's Blood raised Blood Moon and myself on her own, explaining to me and Blood Moon what dark meanings our names held. Blood Moon, daughter of battle and blood, Grim, the harbinger of death. Heart's Blood own name explained how caring she was but would die for her own kin. It was a weakness that got her killed also. Blood Moon and I grew up believing we had only each other and trained each other relentlessly to live up to our names. I brought death to those whom looked down upon me and Blood Moon was as stealthy an assassin as I was vicious." Blitz paused and glanced at Chirp apologetically. He would have to make a few tweaks to his Story telling. "At some point Blood Moon and I split up, searching to find or crest our own packs but few dates approach either of us, so we changed our names, found ways to change our appearance and even play a new character to deceive. I took the name of an elder of our old pack, one of high stander and respect, Blitz, while Blood Moon created herself anew as Silver. She became so lost and confused of her identity as the moons went on that her mind broke and I had to put her down before she did something that could ruin the lives of those we had grown close to. I found a pack that took me in, even a mate that loved me, but she was barren. It wasn't long at all before I took their lives, the hound of death, Grim, took them all from me. I was to blame for their deaths but it was always unintentional. So I left the pack life behind and have lived out in this stretch, a chicken scratch of land that feeds me well enough. I've lived undisturbed, mostly."

IC: Blitz was shocked, no one had sat through the whole thing without running away. The fact that Chirp showed absolutely no fear at all was something unexpected to Blitz. I could snap her in two before she could bark and yet she stands there without a trace of disdain. Why? "I'm sorry as well."
OOC: pfft I'm kankri remember?

IC:
OOC: EXCUSE YOU BUT THAT IS CRONKRI AND IS FRICKIN ADORABLE
-
IC: Blitz stared at Chirp wide eyed a moment before turning to look at anything but her. His ears had laid back, flat against his head as he clear his throat and shook himself, "We should move if we want to beat the setting of the moon to the end of my territory."
OOC: it's still friggin adorable
-
IC: Blitz nodded and took off, glancing at the moon as if to check his direction.

IC: Blitz kept his gaze direct and his own muzzle clamped shut in concentration. He ran on through the night, watching the slowly setting moon make it's slow climb across the night sky. It was nearly dawn by the time he slowed to a stop. Blitz was panting hard, surprised that he was so out of shape, normally it only took him a short while to make the distance and he hardly broke a sweat. He scolded himself on not properly training himself but pushed the thoughts away as the other side of the world had begun to truely brighten with a late dawn, setting the glistening forset on fire with the morning dew. Blitz sat just outside of his scent marker and glanced at Chirp to check on her.

IC: Blitz huffed and pointedly sat down again, watching Chirp as well.
