[font=georgia]Snowdrop finished making her snowflake and stored it in her Freezer. She decided to see her friends, who she saw by the unowned cottage. She flew there and landed on the ground. "Hey guys, how's life?" she asked.Snowdrop isn't a speedy flyer, she's basically like Fluttershy when it comes to flying, not going speedy, just taking it peacefully.

Swift smiled at Dash. "Gee, thanks!" She said. As the little light blue filly flew down to them, Swift stared at her. "Hi." She said. "I'm Swift Beat!"

"I gotta go, ....training" she sighed the last, folding out her wings in a dramatic fashion before flying upwards with tremendous sped, the foliage below her billowing as she left. Her wings fluttered so hard, they became transparent with speed, her eyes locked on a cloud as she flew closer and closer, finally bursting through, creating a big ring. She made a few more of these, twirling in and out of them. Normally,this would make any Pegasus dizzy, with all the spinning, but Clover trained all year, over-coming the dizziness. 'It's your fault you lost, you gotta train harder, come on, even my grandmother could do better!' She thought negatively with each gate she passed. Her wings beated furiously, reaching incredible speeds, her mane sparkling in the sunlight.

After an intense training session, Clover retreated to her home, her wings aching. She flopped on her bed, "You'll never be good enough for the Clouds Dale cup..." She grumbled. She looked at the clock, "I might still be able to catch them!" She said hopefully, parting the curtain of willow as she exited. She flew high in the sky, her eyes straining to see the ponies she had befriended. finally she spotted them, huddled together in deep conversation. "Hi guys!" she called out, landing with liquid grace beside them.

"Hi Rainbow Dash! Anything new hap- Is that Snowdrop?" Her eyes grew round as she looked at the blind filly, "Well, I've heard all about you!" She exclaimed, her folding back her powerful wings.

Swift yawned. "I gotta hit the hay. See ya tomorrow! And Dash, could you give me those tips tomorrow morning please?" She asked, before fluttering off gracefully. The moon hung over her head now, and she decided to do some late-night training. It was good, and extra tricky because you can't see very well. She fluttered around, warming up her muscles before doing some warm up back-flips. She leaned to fly at a very young age, the youngest, in fact. She did her first proper back-flip when she was less then 3 hands tall! She sped off, crashing through clouds, making holes in them. She spun around a big cloud, getting faster and faster and she spun around it. She became a blur, and soon the cloud was nothing but a long tube. She practised gracefully, doing every trick perfectly. "I'll beat you, Lightning Blaze, And show you that I am the best flyer!" She murmured to herself. The only reason she did these raced is because Lightning did them. She wanted more then anything for him to just notice her, to be jealous of her, to want her. She dreamed about him every day, which encouraged her on. She flew into her cottage, and crawled into her bed.

Sighing, Clover spoke, "I guess I better go to, I've got to prepare the decorations for the race...." She trailed off, shooting upwards with a burst of speed. Her wings gliding in the breeze,she extended both hooves out, her body now becoming very aerodynamic. The wind seemed to blow past her, the Pegasus reaching impossible speeds, 'Just a little more....' She thought, closing her eyes. Dark clouds rolled over-head, thunder rumbling. Her wings became a white blur, but she stopped realizing she had pasted her house ages ago. Sadly, she flew back, her tired wings aching with every beat. At home, she concocted a small brew of hot chocolate, gulping it down before going to bed.
Day broke, the first shafts of light hitting her face,illuminating her beautifully decorated room. She ate her breakfast, made up of toast, freshly squeezed apple juice and a cupcake, before heading out for early training. She stretched her wings, practicing flapping exercises to work her strong flying muscles. Finally, after she was convinced she had done enough warm-ups, she sped up, eager to start the morning. Her mane reflected off the amber sun, her body moving with ribbon-like grace around the clouds. The saturated clouds, threatened to rain, the sun just peaking out of the gloomy over-hang. She flew faster and faster, her eyes gleaming with determination. She pushed merged clouds together, taking some of them apart, to make an obstacle course. She flew around it with precision,round each corner perfectly,
