    Shadowwing got to her paws and padded into the shadows and sat down. She curled her tortoiseshell tail around her small paws and let a sigh escape from her lips, I wish I had the courage to go talk to Talonstar...., She thought as she glanced to the leaders den.

    Talonstar woke up from where he was sleeping and winced at the small trickle of sunlight that shined through the clouds. He stretched and yawned then shook out his fur. He felt as someone was watching him but just shook his head.

    "Firepaw!!" Tigerkit squealed and raced into the apprentice den. She leaped onto him, he let out a yowled and bolted up. "Tigerkit! Leave me alone!" He hissed. "No I don't have to!" She retorted and bounded around him. Firepaw growled and grabbed his sister in his jaws, he stormed into the clearly. "Go away!" He spat after he dropped her.

    "Sure."Shadowwing meowed as she raised her head then got to her paws. Her eyes shimmered brightly as she padded towards him with a warm smile.

    Reed stopped right in her paws as she saw Tigerkit get thrown out of the apprentice den.


    Spidercall touched Reed's ear with his tail, "It's fine.."


    Scarclaw stretched.


    Hailnose licked a paw.

    Fang was eating a vole he caught on the territory. These cats seemed to be completely oblivious to his hunting on their territory. Suckers... He thought.

    Falconstar and Shadowwing walked side by side. "Let's go hunt along the border." He mewed before jogging off, "Catch me if you can!" He called back happily.

    Reed's fur prickled, "Cats.. to many.." She growled softly.


    Spidercall tried to calm the kit, "You'll get used to t-"


    "Used?!"


    "Aren't you staying?"


    "Stay? Are you mouse-brained?!" The kit growled and she scrambled out of the tunnel way, fur on end.


    "Wait, kit!"


    Scarclaw glared at his brother, "Looks like we lost her for good."


    "A kit can't survive on her own." The medicine cat growled.


    Hailnose sighed, "I'll get her."

    He came to a stop when he scented a rouge, he hissed " I know your here.." He growled crouching behind bushes. He knew the cat was just a couple bushes away.

    Fang jumped, startled by something -or someone- that had whispered in his ear. He looked around, searching for a place to hide the evidence.
