OOC|| Crap i'm not a Naruto specialist so all this chakra stuff on the form confuses me even though I know that it makes sense at the same time! It's like your taking a test and your judging on weather or not the answer you write is correct of not even when deep in your mind you know it is. *sigh* TO THE WIKI!
