But, then tragedy struck. Raggedfur became cripled as a deputy, and had to retire a elder. As a young warrior, he had Spottedpelt with his mate, Lilystar. Spottedpaw was Lilystar's apprentice, and when she became Spottedpelt, Lilystar had died.
