    Raven heard his voice. "Oh! Derek, tell him Im on my way! I just have to buy this shirt." She walked out of the dressing room and picked up her bag. Derek turned away from her. "She said she's on her way." He mumbled.

    "'Kay," he said, then hung up. He ordered some coffee while he waited.

    Raven rushed to her car, Derek behind her. "So, who is this Jonah kid?" He asked, his eyebrows raising. Raven shrugged. "We're working on a science project together." She replied. "I'll call you when I get home." She kissed him on the cheek and drove away quickly. She soon pulled into Starbucks, went in and ordered some coffee. She spotted Jonah and sat down." Sorry about that." She said quickly." I had to stop by the mall."

    "Nah, it's fine. So, should we start designing?"

    Raven nodded, took a sip of her coffee and got out a pencil and paper. "Okay, first we need to start with the base." She said.

    Jona nodded and watched her draw. "You're a good artist."

    Raven froze. She was suprised. She laughed to herself. "Thank you. You should see my room. I painted all of the walls and ceiling myself." She said. He whole room had many pictures and paintings that she drew on the walls. She shook her head and continued, copying exactly what was in the book. "So . ." She started, trying to make conversation.

    "Maybe I could come over and see your paintings. I bet they're wonderful," he said. "Well, it's getting dark. I guess I'll see you tomorrow."

    Raven nodded as she finished. "Yeah. You could have dinner at my house tomorrow while we work." She suggested. She packedup her stuff slowly. Time went by so fast.

    IC: Jonah nodded and walked back home. He slumped down on his bed. He had just spent the day with his crush.

    Raven got into her car and drove home. She walked into her house and sighed. Jonah was a really nice guy. What if . . . Her phone started to buzz and broke her thoughts. It was Derek. She picked it up and answered. "Hello?" "Hey babe, I'll be there in a secnd." Raven ut her phone down and walked into the living room. She sat on the couch and waited.

    Jonah sat up. I wonder if I have a sot at her, he wondered, but then he remembered she had a boyfriend.

    As Derek got there, she listened to him talk absentmindedly. She was still thinking about Jonah. She sighed. "So how did the project go?" He asked suddenly.

    Raven looked up at him. "Oh!Um, it was okay, we just worked a little, thats all." Derek shrugged, continued to talk and eventually went home. Raven fell asleep.

    Tony woke up, took a shower, got dressed, got ready for school, then went to school.

    Raven got up slowly today, she got her stuff together and finally arrived at school. Derek opened the door for her and she walked into her first class.

    Jonah did the same, waiting for after class so he could talk to her.
