    Babies are starting to be born with strange powers and colors. Angela it the first of them and no one knows it. They are more concerned with the growing mutant population. The government decides to kill them off. Angela makes an hidden Institute for the mutants to learn their powers and live there. It isn't easy keeping it a secret to the government but they manage. Rick, Di, and Miku have just arrived.

    Name: Dark Archon

    Personality: A dark and corrupting person, he values power and darkness over everything. The burning, crimson figure of the dark archon spreads fear across any battlefield. These powerful creatures of living psionic energy embody the eternal wrath of the Dark Templar. Dark archons wield psionic powers of the Void.
    Powers: Mind Control, Feedback (can kill most heavy units without the affection of Armor or Size), Maelstrom (disables groups of biological units for a short time)
    History: During their long exile, the Dark Templar have faced many challenges. Struggling and adapting their arsenal of skills and converting their biology to suit their harsh environment has ultimately resulted in the dark archon. They are so powerful that the Dark Templar have outlawed their creation for a thousand years out of fear. The creation of dark archons was allowed after the Khalai came to Shakuras, the Dark Templar homeworld. Matriarch Raszagal and Zeratul authorized their use due to Aldaris' rebellion, which included archons fighting on the side of the insurgents. This was the first that the Khalai had ever seen or even heard of a dark archon and considered them to be abominations.

    Looks:
    Personality: High Archons are veteran Templar who forgo the rage and traditional forms of combat common to zealots in order to better develop their psionic powers into potent tools and weapons through the Khala.
    Powers: Psionic Shockwave, and a very heavy physic shield.
    History: The first archon(s) were created unexpectedly and their formation was soon legally sanctioned by Khala.
    The creation of an archon is a serious affair for it requires the reluctant sacrifice of valuable Templars for a short-term gain. Archons radiate energy like stars and burn out when depleted. The merging results in the abandonment of the physical form and the loss of self, but those who do so are bequeathed great honor and a place in the templar archives.

    Personality: Smart, Brave, Happy, Quiet, Mature
    Powers: Pain manipulation, Mind control and illusions, Paralyzing mists
    History: Noelle was born into a very serious family. But once she was born they knew something was off about their little girl. When Noelle was born she never cried. She looked around the room in curiosity, but no one could tell from behind her amber red eyes, they always stayed emotionless. Through out her childhood, Noelle never once talked. Her family was giving up faith on her and had another kid. Noelle never knew what had happened until she heard a babys cries next to her room. Later that night, her parents walked into the baby's room after hearing many screams to see Noelle staring at the baby emotionlessly as the baby writhed in pain. Noelle looked to her parents as she stared into their eyes. The adults eyes suddenly went dilated as they grabbed the crying baby. Later on, Noelle covered her parents and sister's grave as they had killed themselves by jumping from a window. Noelle lived her life peacefully with no interuptions, growing up happily. At age 11, she went out to buy groceries, only to return with a new brother, Noah.

    Personality: Slightly cocky, Brave, Happy, Loud
    Powers: Teleportation, Shadow creation and manipulation
    History: After Noah was born from human parents, they shunned him immediately. He was born with a blue tail along with fangs and blue hair. He was a mutant. His parents dropped him in a dumpster shortly after his birth, leaving him alone and defenseless. Little did they know he would live his life normally and quite happily. He controlled the shadows around him to take care of him. His shadows fed him, bathed him, and cared for him. He later found Noelle at age 11 as she brought him into her house. They became brother and sister from then on.
