  • Radiantpaw stretched, blinking, and looked up. The sun was almost up, and most of the other apprentices were awake.
She blinked at them, as some nodded a short good morning.
"Hey guys, what's up? How's it going? What's the T? The details?" The apprentice smiled at the others, flicking her tail, lying down in a comfortable position.

  • Last night had been a rough night, she'd been out risking her neck for the sake of her leader, she knew it was worth it, but that didn't mean that her muscles hadn't ached and she hadn't been plagued with disoreintation, because she had, and had ended up falling asleep in the apprentices den instead of the warriors den. Pandamask at the noise of some lousy apprentice lifted her head to glare at the apprentice with two flint-hard golden eyes. "Will you keep it down?" Pandamask hissed at the she-cat, rolling onto her back to reward herself for all that fighting with a very comfortable sleeping position.

  • Sandpaw woke up from her dream when she heard Radiantpaw yowling out loud. "Can you keep it down! Cats are trying to sleep here!" She hissed. I was just about to kill that badger off in my dream. She tucked her tail over her nose and fell back to sleep. But the dream didn't come back.

  • Leafpaw lifted his head and yawned. "Well you'd better wake up Sandpaw." He shoved his paw into her side to wake her, nodding at Radiantpaw as he left the den, his pale brown tabby tail whisking as he left the den.

  • Sandpaw hissed at Leafpaw. "Yeah! I will, I will." She snarled. She got up and stretched her legs. That little.... She went over to the fresh-kill pile and picked out a shrew to eat.

  • "I'm eating a shrew! Just let me finish!" Sandpaw hissed back at him. Sheesh She gulped down the shrew and followed Leafpaw.

  • "Well, then think of something!" She hissed and lightly pushed him to his feet. "Ha ha!" She laughed.

  • "I don't know if it is possible to beat yourself up!" She hissed playfully and used her hind legs to push him off.

  • Leafpaw sprang up with a hiss of surprise. "Mouse-dung!" He spat, landing hard and getting a mouthful of dust. "I'll get you!" He yowled. He used his weight to unbalance her and he leaped onto her, pinning her back down and rolled around on her stomach.

  • "Get off you Flea-Brain!" She hissed at him and pushed him off. "Let's just go hunting!" She suggested.

  • Sandpaw scented the air. Mouse! She dropped into a hunters crouch and crept toward the mouse. but she stepped on some dry leaves and the mouse sprinted away. "Fox-dung!: She hissed

  • Leafpaw walked over and stuck his tongue out at his sister. "You couldn't have caught that mouse even if it was right under your paws! I'll show you how it's done." He sniffed the air, locating a squirrel quickly. Leafpaw crouched, sneaking up on the squirrel and pouncing. He killed it with a swift blow to the neck. "There!"
