  • Eva rolled her eyes. She knew the dog didn't pee on the grass, it would've been smelly if it did. She anyways dropped the grass on the ground. That Candie girl was not nice to you! Get revenge! Eva's brave self suggested. She shook her head 'no'.

  • "I don't like it here, if it doesn't have food." Candy said with a hint of fear. "Besides, I don't wanna waste my appetite on grass if there is food. Unless, um, does it actually taste good Eva?" Candie asked, staring at the ground with curious eyes.

  • "I already told you." Eva answered blankly, folding her arms. She felt a rush of shivers, then coldness. She brought her knees to her chest and wrapped her arm around herself.

  • {ᴏᴏᴄ;

    {ɪᴄ; "Um, I'm pretty sure I smelled cow klunk. Go kill a cow or something." She walked down the stairs, joining the two. "Maybe they'll bring us a food." When she went outside, she realized that the sun was already in the middle of the sky. It definitely hadn't been half a day already.. had it?

  • "Time goes by fast!" Candy said with her jaw dropped, staring at the sun with wide eyes. She wondered why she wasn't blinded yet, but hey, whateves. Ron looked up too. "Maybe we just got here a minute ago at half a day?" He asked.

  • Eva nodded, even though she disagreed with them. She felt there was something wrong with this place. They were here for only a couple minutes, yet the sun got from a 10:00 position to straight up in the sky. Or was it a sky?

  • {ᴏᴏᴄ; I forgot to mention, the sun has a dimmer glow to it, like a winter sun, but it still emits heat. And there is no weather in the Glade, and it never gets too hot or too cold. c:

    {ɪᴄ; "Where the shuck are we?" Sam said, even though she already knew they were in the Glade. Suddenly, a metal lizardlike creature slithered up to her, and a bright red light came from it's face. Eyes? She shrieked, and took a few steps back. Suddenly an alarm went off, and she covered her ears in surprise. The box that they came from opened, and the alarm stopped just as soon as the box came to a halt. She jogged over to it, and found that inside there were running shoes, apples, tomatoes, t-shirts and gym shorts, knives, swords, bows & arrows, soap, and water. So someone was taking care of them, afterall. She knew that if the people that sent them here hadn't given them these things, they could still survive off of the fields of crops in the far corner of the Glade. Plus there were cows, pigs, and chickens."Come on, you shanks! There's some supplies here." She wiped the sweat off her forehead, and climbed into the box, grabbing a sack full of produce. She climbed back up, setting it on the grass, and going down for more.

  • Eva ran as fast as she could and grabbed the knives. She grinned… Then she grabbed some green shorts and white shirt. Also some shoes and an apple. Eva ran back to the shack and brought her stuff upstairs. She put on the shorts and shirt and sneakers. She went back downstairs, ready to run around. She got outside and surveyed the Glade. What should my running routine be in this new place? She finally figured it out. She would start in the middle and run to each corner and back. Eva was kind of an exercise freak.

  • "Interesting... I wonder who sent them?" Candie murmured, walking towards the box. She grabbed an apple and slowly took a bite. Curiously, she picked up a bow and some arrows, and an arrow pouch. She stood up and aimed the bow at a tree, and fired. She hit the tree directly in the middle. "Hmn." Candie muttered with triumph on her face. Turning back to the weapons, a grin spread up her face. "I like this."

  • Eva started running, to the field, back. To the corner near the shack, back. And so on. She finally finished and was hardly panting. She went to the box and took a water bottle and took a drink. Then she did it again. Eva got back, wiping some sweat off her forehead and going back to the shack. She took out the apple and ate the whole thing. Candie is pretty good at bow and arrow, but you should show off your skills with throwing knives! I know you are the best one here... Eva rolled her eyes at the annoying voice in her head. If I do this will you go away for today? She asked her brave self, Alright. It answered. Eva went outside and started throwing the knives, getting her target every time.

  • "And a sword for melds combat..." Candie picked up a light, sharp sword and swung it down swiftly. She pressed it behind her back and grinned, putting the apple she was eating on a stump. She aimed her bow at the target, pulled back the wire, and let the arrow go. The arrow flew straight into the apple and landed, stuck in a tree, behind the apple. Candie gave a big grin and retrieved the arrows. As for the shoes, Candie found she preferred to stay barefoot.

    Ooc: Candie took archery lessons before the glade, but she doesn't know this.

  • {ᴏᴏᴄ;

    {ɪᴄ; "Don't waste supplies!" Sam snapped. "You don't know how long we'll have them." A voice then boomed from the speakers. "Welcome Gladers," it said, "you have been chosen out of thousands to save us. Now, you may question we we chose you, and what you're saving. You will figure it out in time. Try to survive." The voice cut off, and Sam was shaking in anger. "They shucking put us here? How are we-" She cut off from her tantrum, stomping off into the woods. Then, the doors opened, which startled her. Everything was happening so quickly...
    The walls seemed to defy all laws of physics, gliding along the stone with ease. It made a screeching noise as it came to a stop. There were more walls outside of the Glade. This is the maze, she thought. Everything seemed familiar. Had she been here before?

  • Eva heard the screeching. She darted down stairs and outside to where Sam was. "What the shuck is this?" She muttered as she looked at the maze thing. She had brought her knives and she was holding them tightly, just in case.

    (i have low muse right now :-\)

  • Candie walked after Sam and her jaw fell. "Woah..." Candie's eyes seemed to pop out of her head and she returned her arrows to the pouch, holding her bow by it's chest. She felt an urge to go forward, but felt more she should not. "The Maze." Candie whispered, voice scraping against her throat. Candie gulped in fear, but stood her ground. "Okay, now I definitely think we should stick together in this place." Slowly, she looked up at the "sun" and grimaced. "I vote for Sam." Ron muttered, quietly.

  • (i dare you guys to look up trypophobia and look at the images!)

    Eva wasn't in on the idea of sticking with other people. She took a step towards the maze and looked down a path. It looked very confusing. She defiantly wouldn't want to be stuck in that maze.

  • {ᴏᴏᴄ; I hate you. Now I have Trypophobia ff.
    That actually did freak me out. Lol.

    {ɪᴄ; She nodded at Candie. "I definitely agree." She then heard Ron mutter her name, and replied, "what?" She asked, turning towards him. She had a small knife that she'd placed in her pocket from before, taking it out, and she began walking into the maze. "Come on, we better check this place out."

  • "I mean I vote you as leader since your kinda already..." Ron sighed, "never mind." He muttered. Candie nodded, equipping an arrow, and followed slowly after Sam. "I don't know if that's a good idea... We could get very very lost in there." Candie said loudly, looking Sam in the eye. Ron shrugged and swung out his sword, and follows the two.

  • ooc: Haha, I have it the worst, isn't it horrible!? I start shaking and freaking out and hypervenalatiing and my stomach feels all weird when i see that picture of the girl smiling with holes all over her skin AHHH!

    ic: Eva followed Sam, gripping her knife to attack anything that tried to hurt her. She tried jumping to look if she could see above the maze walls, but it was no use. She was too small to see that high.

  • {ᴏᴏᴄ;

    {ɪᴄ; "Should we chart the maze down?" She wondered out loud. "I think they may have given us paper." She turned to look at Eva. "Why are you even trying to look over the walls? They're hundreds of feet tall, you slinthead." She walked back into the Glade, where all of the stuff was, next to the box. She grabbed a few pieces of paper and a pencil. She then jogged back to the maze.

  • Candie narrowed her eyes. "Don't call her a slinthead, it's rude..." Candie muttered and turned to the maze. "We could leave a trail, but that could always get eaten."
