Mark dashed through the alleyways. "Kill the freak!" Echoed behind him. He Ran, his overcoat billowing in the wind. His wings were tucked neatly behind him under his overcoat. They could be easily take out though, as their were hidden "Wing holes" installed along time ago. Mark turned a corner and dashed across the street. "There!" Someone yelled. He swore under his breath but kept running.

Mark turned another corner but saw that it was a dead end. He whirled around unfurled his wings. He desperately tried to fly up but a gunshot rang out, and suddenly, his left wing turned from black, to red. He saw another boy with wings dash in front of hi m and heard a voice in his head. "No! Not Again!" he Screamed mentally. He lifted his hands to his head. "Stay out of my head! You can't hurt me anymore!" he thought, backing up against the wall. He mentally put up barriers.

Cleveland went into a crouch, quite like a hunter's. He tensed up, preparing to spring if need-be.

Mark looked up and saw.... birdpeople. "What?" he thought. "Someone else like him? A whole group even. He blinked to make sure it was real. " Who are you guys.' He asked, his hands leaving his head as he took a ginger step forward. He folded his wings back into his overcoat. His shot wing hurt, but nothing could be done at the moment.
"Ooooh, look what we have here." Laughed their leader. "A group of freaks here to help their hurt brother." He raised his gun. He seemed to be the only one with a gun, the others were either unarmed or had baseball bats or something of the sort. "Get ready boys" he said "They may look like angels but their demons in disquise."
OOC cold this be where he reavels his power? The telekinetic push one. I mean, hell pass out afterward but, it seems like a good time.

Cleveland growled low in his throat, trying to remember the moves the gymnasts had used in the Olympics. He would use his power if need-be, and he wasn't afraid to do so. One-two-three-four, two-two-three-four, three-two-three-four, four-two-three-four. he mentally counted in his head, recalling the routine he had seen.

IC A baseball bat rolled back toward Mark, courtoesy of Azuli, who has recently introduced a boys face to the Ground. He picked it up. He had no Idea what he was doing, but he was glad he was doing it. He walked forward to the line of bird people, armed with the baseball bat. He should be able to take a few people out with it.
"Kill them!" Yelled the leader, who was about to take a shot. He hesetitated." Hey big boy, ready to face death?" he took a step back. The rest of the mob charged at the bird kids. The leader thought the voice had come from the very shadows. What a stupid sudgestion. He leaned against the wall to get a good shot aimed.
