    "Mordred." she managed to choke out, jumping at the thud of the chair. She ran to his side and embraced him, not caring if he happened to feel her stomach. "Don't blame yourself." Genivive whispered, looking into his eyes. "It was both of us." she said, burying her face in his shoulder and sighing and attempting to stop her tears.

    Mordred felt his muscles instinctively relax at her touch. He returned the embrace, taking one more deep, shaky breath. After inhaling her long lost scent he used a hand to pull away her long, silky hair from her neck to kiss her there. He felt the small firm bump around her waist now, though ignored it, knowing it would be fine. He would make sure it would be fine, though Genivive deserved so much more.[/size]

    Genivive took a deep breath in, returning his kiss with a kiss on the cheek. Goosebumps formed all over her as she felt his warmth, his energy seeming to surge through her. She put a hand gingerly to her gently rounded stomach, her tears disipating and her breathing restoring itself to normality. Mordred was still calming her.

    Mordred pulled back the slightest bit as her stomach weaved between them to rest over her stomach. "Again, I am sorry. But you will no longer be left alone in you time of expecting. I will stay at your side as long as you need me. And that means allowed to leave me out of anything anymore."[/size]

    Geniveve quickly withdrew her hand from her stomach as she listened to his voice, it soothed her now. She nodded in agreement. "Alright, and I'm sorry for hiding this from you." she said timidly, still feeling the warmth of his gentle touch. She placed her arms back around him, resting her head on his shoulder.

    Mordred slowly removed his arms from around her, pulling out of the embrace. "Do not feel I am blaming anything on you. But right now you should rest, it must have been a long day for you if you came here alone." He held a hand out to gesture towards his bed. "Get some sleep, I'll be staying up tonight."[/size]

    "You need your rest as well, Mordred." she said, sitting on his bed and looking up at him. She pushed her hair over to one side and let her hair fall over her shoulder. "Don't let it worry you." she said softly.

    Mordred shook his head. "I wouldn't be able to sleep even if I wished to. Plus, if someone was to come in over the night I fear they wouldn't approve of you being here. So I will need to assure no one bursts into my room." He pulled a chair up to the side of the bed before sitting down. "But please, you rest."[/size]

    Genivive knew he was right and that there would be no use in fighting him. She nodded. "Alright." she said quietly, lying on her side facing him. She took his hand closest to her and held it, her fingers entwining with his, Genivive's eyelids started to grow heavy.

    Mordred smiled down at her as she began to drift to sleep. He gave her hand a gentle squeeze and kept his eyes on her, admiring her. His gaze slowly went down her form. Her hair down to her shoulder, her shoulder to her side, he stopped when his gaze rested over her stomach. There his child layed, as small as he or she was they would eventually be a great Being, hopefully.[/size]

    Genivive saw him look over her stomach, and she gave his hand a reassuring squeeze. It hadn't occurred to her until then that Mordred would soon become a father, and herself a mother. She gently put a hand over the small bump as she felt a gentle flutter inside, a tiny kick she had barely felt. She smiled and closed her eyes, squeezing his hand softly once more.

    Mordred carefully slipped his hand out of hers' after her returned squeeze. "Rest, My Love," He soothed in a low, soft voice as his hand reached up to her head and began stroking her hair.[/size]

    Genivive's breathing grew soft and slow, her hand remaining on her stomach as Mordred's voice soothed her. "I love you." she said quietly before gently drifting off into sleep, her child kicking slightly before lying still in her stomach.

    "I love you," Mordred replied. God, she was so beautiful, especially in her sleep. If only she could see herself. Silky brown hair, slim figure, her stomach only the slightest bit rounded. As if a goddess, at least to me.[/size]

    As she slept, Mordred and her child were the only thoughts than ran through her head. She picture the baby with It's father's eyes, it's mother's pale complextion, with freckles here and there, as it's mother had, she slightly smiled in her sleep, seeing Mordred in her dreams.

    Mordred was forced to squint as the very first stream of dawn light filled his room. Though soon he was able to open them again. His hand had been rested on Genivives' shoulder as he smiled down at her. After a few minutes had passed he began fearing his sister would be coming to retrieve him soon.


    Katerina awoke to her dim room, being as her window wasn't facing East. She decided to rest for a bit, being as her brother probably needed a bit more rest before she had to push him to the ground again.[/size]
