    One pony ran in front of the changeling and Pinkie Pie, her dark maroon eyes enraged. Maple couldn't believe what she was hearing. "Pinkie Pie, you're allowing IT to stay with us?" She glared at Tralia. "Mayor Mare won't stand for it!" The earth pony dug her hoof into the ground, daring the pink pony to challenge her. A changeling, in the middle of Ponyville! It was like allowing a slug into a group of butterflies.

    Maple sneered,"Because you're HERE? What kind of stupid reason is that?!" She couldn't believe most everypony was actually okay with.....that THING in ponyville. A pathetic changeling should be grounded into dust without a speck of it remaining.

    "But she looked so sad when I first saw her." Pinkie Pie finally said something. "And my Pinkie Senses told me that she needed help. And I Pinkie Promised to help Tralia fit in."

    Maple scowled at Tralia. "No matter what YOU think or what anyone else thinks, I am never going to accept that creature." She stormed away, head held high.



    A white colt had been watching quietly, sighing at Maple and her selfish pride. He trotted over and smiled apologetically. "I'm sorry, Maple is a very stubborn pony. My name's Creamfreeze." He turned to Tralia. "I'm really sorry how she treated you, she hasn't really taken kindly to changelings since..." he trailed off. "Nevermind. Pinkiepie, it was right of you to use your pinkie sense. I can tell she doesn't seem bad."

    "Oh that I'll have you know I refused to go I never wanted what my mom did " Tralia told her

    "Oh, it's OK, Creamfreeze." Pinkie Pie replied. "It's not your fault that Maple is such a grumpy pony."

    Creamfreeze was a little embarassed. "Yeah, my sister is grouch. And I wasn't talking about the Princess Cadance scandal. But it's nothing important. Pinkie, did you already show our guest Ponyville?" He always enjoyed going to SugarCube Corner. It was where he got his cutie mark after he had his very first ice cream.

    "We should get going." Pinkie Pie said. "You wanna come with us?" She offered to Creamfreeze.

    Creamfreeze nodded. "Yeah. Sure. There's always great places to live in Ponyville." He trotted next to Pinkie and Tralia, his blue gaze bright and energetic. "It's really cool in the Everfree forest, even though Zecora is intimidating she's really nice. Hey Pinkie Pie, can I get a discount on some vanilla ice cream cake if I help you out? I'll keep Maple at bay." He honestly thought that Maple could beat him in a fight anytime, but it was worth a try.

    "Okie dokey loki." Pinkie Pie replied. "Hey, I might even throw it in for free if this turns out great! I mean, come on, we're all friends here. And it's great to give stuff to your friends."

    Tralia smiled slightly she had friends, for the first time in her life she had friends it felt nice to say the least.

    "Alright!" Creamfreeze threw his hoofs in the air. "So where should we go first?" He felt a little bad that Maple would be mad at him for making friends with Tralia, but not all changelings were bad. Maybe he can convince her later to give Tralia a chance.
