IC~ A red tabby she-cat with pale green eyes padded close to the riverbank. Her long tail flicked back and forth into the water, spraying droplets onto her cherry pelt. She padded over to a small log and sat down upon it,"Wha' a fin' day." She mewed quietly to herself.

  • Moonstream padded along the edge of the river, to her favorite spot to hunt. It was a deep part of the river, with a very fast, strong current, but her powerfull swimming skills could always hold out. As she padded closer, she started to make out a cherry color pelted cat in the distance. She dropped low, stalking forward. Her paws moved, soundless, as she neared. She studied the she-cat closely, it was a apprentice, but certainly not of Riverclan. "Hey! You! What do you think your doing?" She yowled, leaping at the she-cat, attempting to pin her down.

  • [font=georgia]Surprise crossed his features at the yelling of another warrior and with feather-light footsteps, he came upon the seen. What the hell was Moonstream doing? Mind breaching the she-cats, he hissed into her head, "What the hell do you think you're doing?" Attacking another cat, especially an apprentice when she showed no hostility was against the warrior code. Platinumfrost came upon the two and he frowned down at them, his maine coon stature for once having a use. Now, he could look over the both of them and tell them to break it up.

  • Moonstream lashed her tail. "In case you havent noticed, Platinumfrost, this apprentice is one our side of the river." She meowed, slowly stepping off the apprentice, but keeping her eye on the apprentice. "What are you doing here, apprentice?"

  • The cherry colored she-cat looked over at the two warriors and mewed softly,"I'm Cherry. Who may you be?" The she-cat's voice was as soft as silk and she padded, as soft as a feather over to the cats. "I know nothing of what you call an 'apprentice' I am just a she-cat who happens to be young. Is that what you call 'apprentice'?" Cherry mewed quietly.

  • Moonstream narrowed her eyes. "You shouldnt be on clan territory, kit." She meowed, watching her carefully. "It's dangerous... for you."

  • The red tabby she-cat's eyes flared and she growled,"What are you talking about! I am not a kit, for the fact! I'm nine months old!"
The red tabby was angry and she swatted at the cat who had called her a 'kit'.

  • Moonstream quickly dodged the blow. "Maybe not, but still moons too young, with plenty of foolishness. Look at you, attacking a clan cat on their own territory, angered by simple words." She meowed, flicking her tail, then looked at the kit. "Fawnkit," She suppressed her anger of the kit breaking the code. "Go back to camp. Now. It does not matter, young one." She nudged the kit into the direction of camp.

  • The she-cat sighed,"Ahh!" She yowled, leeping into the tree and hissing at herself,"Ahh! Foolish cat! No! Not now! Please no! Foolish... No!" She shook her head and hissed.

  • "Fawnkit, now!" Moonstream pushed the kit with a harder force. "Go on." She looked back up to Cherry. What in Starclan's name is her problem? "Get out of here, Cherry. We dont need your useless blabbering. Go bother another clan." She meowed, nudging Fawnkit away.

  • [font=georgia]Angered that his comrade was turning the blame on Cherry, he hissed but couldn't speak out of his mouth, "Cherry, if you wish, you may come and speak to our leader about joining? That is, if that is your reason for being here, if not I calmly ask you to leave and return to where you came from." Not even sparing Moonstream a glance, he just focused on the little red tabby before she sprang into a tree. Platinumfrost knew that look, and he felt saddened. It reminded him of him when he had lived in SunClan, "Cherry... come down, you will be safe here, with me and with the Clan."

  • Cherry closed her eyes, but turned to the cat who had spoken to her,"No...Yes! Sorry! Yes, I would like to join." Cherry mewed in a rush.

  • Pinpaw

The young apprentice frowned at everything he was hearing. How many cats were going to trespass on his clan's territory? Pinpaw padded over and stood besides Platinumfrost, "Who is this?" He cocked his head to Cherry as he spoke, slowly eyeing her. If an apprentice had come onto their territory and it wasn't for fod then there could only be two other reasons as to why she had done so: One was that she was in trouble and the second was that Riverclan hadn't put down scent markers in a while and she had gotten lost.

He loked at her, shoked and spoke calmly, "This is my teritory so why should I have to answer you? And kindly don't growl at me like a twoleg dog, I wasn't the one who went on the wrong territory and I have not yet done anything to you."

He smile and nodded at the kitten, remembering Fawnkit from their last little encounter with a strange cat.

  • Fawnkit sat there......then she got up and walked over to Cherry. "I'm Fawnkit."She said.
