  • Goldtuft was a little behind, so he quickened his pace to join Mosspool. His blue eyes glimmered with the sunlight. He let his tail flicker behind him as he heard a small shuffle of bushes.

  • Burningcity was only half awake when the flame colored to decided to join. He stretched his slender legs and followed. He was behind Goldtuft. He hoped that he didn't come in the middle of a hunt, so he was very quiet. His emerald eyes scanned the terrain around him.

  • Goldtuft's golden ears twitched at the sound again so he sniffed lightly and silently. Crouching down, he stalked through the growth with light and quiet pawsteps. Something shuffled through the bush and ran under his paws. Goldtuft, being the fast cat he is, lifted his tan paws and smacked them down on the mouse softly but still killing it with a quick nip to the neck.

  • Since Goldtuft hadn't been able to tell by scent since it must be covered my shrubs, he seemed rather stupid. The fur along his spine rippled. "Why are you in ThunderClan's territory if you're WindClan?" his voice sounded rather challenging.

  • Goldtuft hissed at the tom, eyes narrowed at the insult. He calmed down pretty quickly and flicked his tail with a sigh. "Well, I'll ignore your comment." Goldtuft mewed. With his fur lying flat now, he turned to Mosspool. "Should we take him there or tell him how to get there?"

  • "Who are you calling a kit?" Goldtuft growled. "At least I don't try to act like one." His tail lashed in annoyance. "Either chase your high-end tail out of here and into the lake like the mouse-brain you are," he hissed softly, fur bristled high. "Or, just go tell the leader quickly." His eyes were blazing now and voice very deep with a growl, "I can also tear you to shreds even more if you like..." Great, he thought, Now my fathers side is showing.. Goldtuft's father was evil, trying to hurt every innocent cat for fun.
