    i was talking to coach about the race, he was soooooooooo slow! Coach grinned and started talk to me about the new slope when Kimi approached me. " H-hey" she began.
    "Yo" i grinned.
    "so, how long have you been snowboarding for?" she asked, eyeing up my board.
    "not too long" i replied "you here on a school trip then?" i ask her, she nods enthusiastically.
    "So, i'm Guessing carrot-top is your boyfriend" i smirk. i am still wearing my goggles and my snowboarding clothes make it look like i am 20 so Kimi would have no suspicion.

    she looks like she's out of school, guess thats why my shyness has returned.
    "So, i'm Guessing carrot-top is your boyfriend" she smirks.
    "yes"
    "ohhhhhh, gotta feel sorry for you kitty" i snap my head towards her and her mouth twitches at the corners.
    "what did you call me?" i can hear the suspicion in my own voice. she sighs and grabs my arm dragging me away. i swear tats all anybody does these days
    she takes her goggles off
    "guess who!"

    i giggled and saw the shock on Kitty's face "Secret, 'kay?" i winked at her before striding back to coach. "I'll see you later Kimoko! gonna get to the new slope now" i grinned before picking up my board and heading for the lifts with coach.

    flabbergasted. why would she come here without me? we do everything together. i storm out of the cafe and head to the ice skating rink. may as well since we havent seen the teachers since we got here. plus theres only 4 hrs till it closes but all the night entertainment starts in 2 so everyone will be doing that. time to try this.
    i go in and get skates in my size. i lace them up tight and stride to the rink. no one else is there. perfect.
    carefully as possible i inch my way along the ice and after a couple of loops i get into a good speed and let go of the side. its actually really easy.
    about 2 hrs in i try to turn around and find myself skating backwards. its so much fun! i do multiple twists and turns before handing in the skates and finding out school meeting point so we can be given out rooms.

    Dang it! i leant on Coach's shoulder as we came back to the cabins. That hill wasn't made for snowboarding! it had loads of ditches and stuff on it! coach and i were the only ones who didn't get injured, thanks to my soul reaper senses that is.

    i was sitting on the window seat in the main cabin, hiding behind the curtain. i love snow, its so pretty and pure. i look back at the book i borrowed from rukia and shut it as i couldnt get into it. i keep thinking of sakura.
    how could she leave me like that? she normally wouldve told me. life sucks.
    i get up and using the shadows as cover i run to my cabin. as i get to my room and unlock the door a hand reaches out and grabs me. not again. they drag me to their room by the looks of it and they turn on the lights.
    its sakura.
    "hey kitty, we are going dancing tonight"
    "but we aren't old enough"
    "technically you are 116 years old, and anyway, i have fake ID" i wavered. yes in human years i am 116 but in soul reaper years im the equivalent of a 16 year old girl. she smiles "c'mon, lets make you even sexier"

    i shoved her into the cabin with an armful of clothes. i smiled or shook my head at various outfits which she tried on. i changed into a knee-length white dress with a black belt below my bust. it was flowing and pretty. i had a pair of black heeled shoes on and my hair was bundled up into a bun. i had thick eyeliner on and my lips were shining with gloss. "Come on!" i whined "Come on perfect outfit!" i stopped as Kimi revealed her last outfit. "wow!" i gasped

    i dont like iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit! i want to be in a long sleeve shirt with long trousers or a skirt with tights! not this! ((what is it?)) i hate her i hate her i hate her. she plonks me down in front of her and se does some fancy thing with my hair where its piled on top of my head. she does my make up for me! i never wear make up! she covers my lashes with mascara, dusts my eyelids with powder and traces a thin line of eye liner on it too. she then colors my lips a bright pink. i rub my lips experimentally a couple of times but she used that 24 hr stuff. great.
    "you look so sexy, all the guys will be after you!"
    "but i have a guy"
    "so, your in a relationship, your not a corpse, now c'mon, lets get our paaaaaaaaartaaaaaaaaaaay oooooooooooooon!!!" and with that she rushed me out the door

    i presented our ID cards and we were lead inside. the music pounded my ears and rattled my core. Kimi leaned forward and yelled to me "Have you done this before?!" i gave her my goofy 'ya got me' grins and i pulled her over to the bar. i was sipping some drink when she leaned close to me and yelled "What about Ishida?"
    "honey, i'm no dead person and i am not in a relationship" i winked at her. Gosh! why did she have to say him!? now all i can think about is him... ugh i am going to kill her. wait... i like Uryu?! When did this happe- "Hello, am i mistaken into thinking you are Scarlet?" some guys.. correction.. some fit guys approached us and leaned on the bar. i winked slightly at Kimi and smiled sweetly at the boys. "yep!"
    "Woah! i don't suppose you could give me a few, Tips" he started to get creepily close to me and i laughed cutely. "oh? tips on what?" i was about ready to slice his head off after he started to reel off a load of pick-up lines.

    i don't like this at all. erg, sometimes i wish we never came to the world of the living. i just hope that...
    "hello, am i mistaken into thinking you are scarlet?" a couple of guys came over. saky winked slightly at me. guess she thought these guys were decent. i look at them closely, i guess they are fit, but i've got a guy already......
    one of the guys is using a load of creepy pick-up lines but he saw the weren't working so he picked up her hand and twirled her onto the dance floor. the other guy just eyed me for a little wile before he said anything
    "are you shy sweetheart? don't worry, im not scary at all" great, i get the perverted guy "what's your name sweetheart?" he stroked my cheek and i shivered slightly. his hands were so cold. he chuckled at my shiver
    "er, my name...." i glanced at saky. the guy had his hands all over her. she noticed me and winked. "my names kitty" he chuckled
    "the name suits you sweetheart" and he pulled me off my stool and onto the dance floor. he was touching me in places he shouldn't when it comes to a lady. right before i told him off i remembered something sakura said on the way over ere
    "remember, you aren't in the Victorian era anymore, now it is perfectly normal for guys to place their hands on you. try to enjoy it"
    the guy was giving me a weird look so i flashed him a smile and started dancing properly. god, i am going to kill sakura.

    ugh, this guy was fit but creeping me out!! i mean REALLY. halfay through the song he started to get even closer and i froze.. Hollow... perfect timing!! i pushed the guy away slowly "I am so sorry but, i have to go, Kitty!" i yelled over at my Friend who stopped dancing as she realized my tone of voice. Serious. "Kitty we have to go" i said as i dashed forward and grabbed her hand. The guy's tried to follow us as we fled but we took a sharp turn into an alleyway. "What was that about Sake!"
    "Hollow, it's near here" we nodded to each other and we both dumped our Gigai's next to each other at the entrance to the alleyway we flashstepped all the way to the hollow. we looked at each other and swiftly took it down but suddenly another one appeared behind us and i only had time to block it's claws from reaching us. i was slowly skidding back as i heard voices.
    "No! there was a hollow here! Wait ! there!" a guy yelled from the bushes
    "Are you sure they have gone to fight it?" another, slightly worried, guy asked.
    "Why the hell would she leave her Gigai in an alleyway in whatever shit she was wearing?!" the first voice yelled furiously.
    "calm down Ichigo" as they got closer i could tell that was chad. i was flung back into a tree because i wasn't concentrating. "Get your head screwed on !" i growled to myself before flashstepping out of it and attacking the hollow " Raise your Head Requi!" i yelled as i brought her down. i had frozen one of the four of the hollows legs and it tried to lift it but it was too heavy.

    i was sooooooooooooooo glad when sakura finally sensed the hollow. we dumped out gigai's in an alley and the thought running through my head was
    "i hope those guys didn't follow us"
    we got to the hollow and destroyed it easily enough but then another one turned up behind us. saky had time to turn and block the claws heading for her but she didn't notice the ones heading towards me and i took a blow to the head. i could feel that there was a slight split that was bleeding but the voices of some guys were too far away for me to think they'd be here to help, so i carried on fighting. sakura was flown into a tree but she returned and used requi to freeze a leg. while it was unable to move i lept up and tried to slice, but it used a surprise attack to smash its hand into me, flinging me into the trees. i could hear sakura was properly going for it but i was too busy concentrating on not passing out again. i climbed to my feet but fell. for gods sake. i look at my feet and notice my right ankle is about 3 times bigger than my left. shit. i limped outta the trees in time to see sakura delivering a clean swipe to the head and ichigo, chad and ishida running into the area. sakura caught her breath before realizing i wasn't with her and looked around frantically screaming at the boys to find me. chad noticed me in the cover of the trees and ran over and helped me limp back to them.

    "Shit! Kitty!" i yelled as i ran over. i scratched my head and my hand came away with blood on it. i shrugged as Ichigo bursted past and made me fall right onto my butt... well, i would of if Uryu wasn't standing there. instead i landed accross him like a plus sign ((+)) i was facing downward and him upward. i looked at him and scrambled off "Oh!! i am so sorry! i keep getting blood on your coats!" i pulled him up and he shrugged
    "I can clean it, it's just a coat."

    waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah, too many people! i only want my mummy! i don't like it! and my head hurts! and my ankle! and saky's on the ground on top of some guy! she said she would look after me! there's a guy holding me and i don't like it!
    i struggle and wriggle free from him and i fall to the floor. i curl up in a ball and start sobbing
    "kitty, whats wrong?" there's a guy with orange hair looking at me worriedly.
    "my head hurts and my ankle hurts and i want to go hooooooooooooooooome!" i start crying again
    "shoot, guys we need to take her home"
    "what does she mean by home?"
    "the soul society" i perk up at hearing they are gonna take me home
    "why is she like this?"
    "they say its a psychological problem she has. because she suffered so much as a child, she has a breaking point to which she can handle being a grown up. from lack of family love as i child and the interruptions in it she's had to act like a grown up for many years. this means that when her brain cant take in anymore she reverts to being a child and needs lots of love and affection. or something like that. squad 4 explained it to me using lots of big words so i didn't understand it all." the boys look puzzled but shrug and take it. i hold my arms out for saky and she lifts me up and hugs me. i sigh and nuzzle into her hug.
    "let me take her" the boy with orange hair says. he picks me up properly, cradle style and strokes my hair and face. i nuzzle into him and sigh contently. saky opens up a portal thingy and takes us to the soul society.
    "c'mon, the ryoka alarm will be going off. chad can i let you go back and take care of our gigai's?" he nods and goes "lets get kitty to captain Kyōraku"
    "hey, isn't that the lazy ass, perv guy?!"
    "yes and he is also her current guardian so watch were you step with him considering your dating his 'daughter'" the boy gulps and they start walking

    I laughed as i fell into step next to Ichigo. Uryu was next to me and we were walking in a line. i sighed and started to walk faster. "Sakura! where are you going?" Uryu sped up to walk beside me.
    "I need to Report to My Captain, ill be back" i flashed him a smile before running off. i flashstepped and reported to my captain before dashing off to Kyōraku's home. i hope i don't turn out like that... not being horrible or anything but i had to fight my whole life to be in squad 11 and i didn't want to turn back into a child. I had my time of being a child when i was in the world of the living. i leaned against the doorframe and sighed as i looked at the floor. i closed my eyes and thought of the time when i was young and was invited to live at Squad 11's barracks.


    " Sakura" Captain Kenpachi called to me. "It's late, you should go home to your parents"
    "it's okay! they are out this weekend!"
    "they are out every weekend?"
    "uuuhhh... yeah"
    " do you even have a family here?" he asked. i paused and ran over to hug his leg. i sniffled and shook my head slightly "I had a brother but i don't know where he is!" Captain Kenpachi sighed and put me on his back. "come on Squirt, lets get you a room" he gruffed as he ran off.

    "KIIIIIIIITTYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY" Kyōraku ran out of his room, picked me up outta the boys arms and spun me round. "you haven't been home in so long you naughty girl" i giggle at the silly faces he's making and poke his cheek. he freezes "it's happened again hasn't it?" he looks at sakura
    "yes, she took a blow to the head wile fighting a hollow and either sprained or broke her ankle too" he sighs and then takes in the boys.
    "well aren't you some of the ryoka that came here to save rukia kuchiki?" they nod "and you are here now because...?"
    "we're their friends" carrot top answered
    "ichigo is more than her friend" sakura giggle and Kyōraku's eyes narrowed
    "hurt her and i can garante that most of the soul society will be after you" ichigo nods and Kyōraku smiles "good, well then i guess you must come in" and with that we go into my current home

    i sighed and, ignoring the people who were sat at the table, i jumped over to the window and swung it open. i sat on the ledge with my feet on the frame. "i see you still like windows huh?" Kyōrak chuckled to me as he carried Kimi. i had the feeling That someone was watching me i glanced and saw Uryu and Orihime looking at me worredly. i frowned and Uryu spoke "What was that about Squad 11?"
    "What?"
    "you were murmuring something a minute ago"
    "u-uh nothing" i looked down and placed Requi across my lap. i played with the white feathers on her handle.
