Lightningstrike saw Shadowpelt stalking a bird her beautiful pelt reflected in the sunlight he thought she was beautiful and always had had a crush on her and hoped some day they had mates once she killed the bird he went up to her and said "hi! Do you want to hunt with me?" -
"just prey I guess," he replied. Once they got deeper into their territory he smelled the air for prey and didn't smell prey because the fox smell was overwhelming and close he wondered if Shadowpelt smelled the same thing just to make sure he said "Shadowpelt. I smell fox. We may have to battle!" and when he heard no reply and only shouting he guessed she already knew...

Lightningstrike ran toward the screams and jumped on the badgers back and clawed its neck hardly then the 2 cats finished it off and it ran off and fleed Lightningstrike was limping the badger had hit his leg and he couldn't move it "Shadowpelt please get the med cat! My leg!"
