The young lioness was a runt, smaller then every other cub her age. But, that never stopped this fleet footed cub from roughhousing with the others. She was a white lion, with silver and green eyes. She was going to the watering hole to explore, just as she always did. But, suddenly a strange scent hit her nose.

Hasani was young yet, he had dark nest of curly hair starting at the nape of his neck that faded into small locks of gold towards his ears. No where near full mane yet. His paws mud colored from his shins down from his golden coat, his ears and neck speckled with little black spots. His large blue eyes took in the Savannah, the heat was dry today and he had no more energy to travel any further. Stopping just under a tree for a bit of rest he plopped down in the dirt and stretched his body out, his tail thumping quietly as his dark nose took in the new smells around him. He thought he was drifting to sleep when he noticed that he wasn't exactly alone. Picking his head up he shifted his ears, "Anyone there...?"

"I-I am." She said, jumping down. She flicked her tail, then let her gaze looked at him. She smiled, and sat down. She wrapped her tail aroun her legs, and sat up straight and tall. The small cub looke regal, princessly even. Her fur was always groomed to perfection, and she was obviously healthy. She spoke yet again. "Are you thirsty, hungery perhaps?"

He cocked his head taking in the way she she held herself and felt himself rather interested.
"What's you're name...?" he asked quietly a bit of eagerness lighting back in his eyes. Lazily he shifted to sitting more up right tail wagging by his feet thoughtfully."I'd be lying if I said I wasn't..." smiling quietly he studied her, "It's a nice offer, are you always so kind to strangers?"

"Im Nyah. But, who are you?" She answered his first question, then she smiled. "Not always, but if I happen to see another cub starving, I will help." She stretched, then slowly padded over to him. "Im also Kopa and Vitani's daughter." But, the cub never said that she was next in line for the throne.

"Is that so?" he asked pretending for a moment to be in awe, "Too bad I don't know who that is..."'
Getting up he stretched out his fore paws, letting his claws flex and dig through the dirt, his mouth dropping open and rolling out a powerful yawn.
"I didn't say I was starving by the way..." he began to pace around her playfully with a loose smile, "I may look small but I'm capable of getting my own food." he stopped held up his paw flexing his claws again catching the glint of the sun in them. "I've always taken care of myself, but thanks for the offer."
Winking he stopped and sat in front of her.
"Hasani's the name." -
She smiled, and said"Your smaller then a meerkat!" With that she yawned, then jumped hearing her meter call for her. She flicked her tail, and said"Well, comeon! My uncle just cought some antelope."

"I prefer buffalo!" he teased but he decided it was better to follow her then to lay around, he had nothing better to do and he wouldn't pass up a free meal if he could help it.

She giggled, and started to pride rock. The others parted way's for her, and the strange cub with her. She took careful steps. She then saw her parents, and her aunt and uncle.

Hisani followed although he slowed his steps when the other lions parted for her, he even stopped dropping his head. "Uh you know... I think I just remembered I have something to do..." he said to her, "I could catch you later? Down by the water hole!"
He didn't want to wait for a reply, instead he dashed away as quick as he could and when he felt that he was out of their sight he was relieved. The knots that had built up in his stomach loosened and he felt he was able to breath again. He just felt like an intruder and it was better to be alone anyway... He trekked off towards the watering hole, maybe he'd get a fish for his meal today.

She wa suprised, but shrugged it off. She talked with her mother for a moment before she started to eat. She took one of the legs, and slowly made her way down pride rock. This suprised then all, and she lied smoothy"I just want to eat alone for once."

Hisani sat on a rock staring hard at what appeared to be his reflection, but really he was spying fish below the surface. Dumbly swimming along unaware that he was tediously crouching low to snatch one up. He felt his stomach gurgle, and a low growl crept into his throat. Still he patiently waited for right moment before like lightening he swiped a paw quick in and managed to hook a fish by the gill and toss it out onto land were it flopped and danced about.
With a laugh of confidence he jumped after it, pouncing to nail it to the ground and feeling it's little fin smack him on the nose before he sank his teeth into his prey. Wasn't much to eat, but it was better than nothing. -
She had watched him, and said"Well, hopefully your still hungry." But, it sounded more like "Hpy yur sirll hungeyy." With a laugh, she set the leg down. Her fur had a few bits f dirt, and she didnt notice. She jumped down to him, stretching a bit.

"Hey back so soon?" he grinned licking his lips, he eyed her piece of meat and felt a kick in his stomach. He could swallow this fish down whole in one gulp and know he'd still be hungry. He did just that, gnawing it he got it down and then playfully skipped towards her, again circling before bumping her. He leaned in and licked a bit of dirt off her cheek.
"So you're buying dinner tonight huh sweet thing?" he teased. -
She just said"Aww, your confused. I ain't no sweet thing." And with that she then bit his ear playfully. Then she quickly skipped over to the leg, and ate a bit. "You don't get none." She purposely kicked some dirt into his face, then sat down next to the meat. She licked her belly, then smiled slyly.

He glared, but smiled equally with his own sly smile.
"Well hoped you liked you're meal- " he replied, and pounced forward toppling her over and then turning and snatching the leg up in his mouth as he took off for the tall grass with a laugh. -
She giggled, and ran after him. She was easily just a tail lenght away, and was in no mood to be annoyed. She then pounced onto him, and said"I win." She grinned, and licked his nose before she went to nibble on the leg.

He sighed and flopped on his side with a loose smile watching her out of the corner of his eye. When she licked his cheek he faintly blushed averting his eyes for a moment. But when he glanced back he felt his heart skip, sitting up he leaned over and nuzzled his nose into her cheek brushing up to her ear a low purr rumbling in his throat.
"You're beautiful..." he whispered, "When you run..." -
She was suprised, but Murmmered"Thank you." She purred softy. But, her father had came to find her. He growled, seeing. He watched, then jumped over. He Nudged her away, then Growled at the strange male. "Who are you? What are you doing with the princess!? My Daughter!" He towered over them, Nyah cowering.
