As the site is 13+/PG I believe you are allowed to. At least no one has been in any trouble for it, a lot of people actually do it openly. -

As far as I recall, I believe you were even allowed to share those two things before we made the switch to PG-13; you just weren't allowed to give away your name or pictures of yourself, etc.
( The latter two you can do, now, as well. )
