Alex sighed and closed the window. She locked it and closed the curtain then lay back down in her bed.

The next morning, Alex woke up. She couldn't remember anything she had done the night before.

he knock on the door and lay white rose on her doorstep

Alex heard a knock at the door. She quickly got dressed and went to the door. She opened it.

Alex gasped and took the knife from him. "Cut it out!" she said shakily.

"Look. I love you, too. But we can't be together every second. We need to live our own lives." She pulled him into a hug.
