  • The hatchling allowed herself to be picked up. Stretching her small wings out for a moment she let out another chirping noise, clearly she didn't understand what 'be quiet' meant. Letting out another chirping noise she turned to look at Eric.

  • "I meant...Chicken!" Eric stuttered again, struggling to keep a firm grip on the hatchling.

  • The hatchling looked up intently at Eric. She could sense his fear and nervousness perfectly well, even know she had no idea why he was so fretful. Flailing in the humans grasp as she didn't like being carried she let out another chirp.

  • "Shh!!! Vincent'll hear you! His dad's a dragon killer" Eric hurriedly whispered, trying to keep his grip.

  • "Listen, you. If Vincent finds out about you,we're both dead" Eric whispered again.

  • The hatchling stared up blankly at Eric. Snapping at his arms she continued to try and wriggle free, her legs were going numb with all this carrying.

  • "Fine, just don't let Vincent see you" Eric sighed, placing the hatchling down.

  • The hatchling walked in a circle around the human for a few moments. Content the blood circulation in her leg was normal again and any trace of numbness gone, she darted under the bad. Vanishing into the shadows.

  • Eric sighed with relief and went back to Vincent. "Sorry,my...Chicken won't behave" he panted.

  • Hiding perfectly well under the bed the hatchling poked her head out. Darting to the cupboard she lay down, unaware of the possible danger she was in.

  • Hearing the soft thud the hatchling thought it in her best interest to stay hidden. So she did, pressing herself against the very back of the wall, invisible in the shadows.

  • "What is the problem of seeing a sick worthless pet?" Due to Vincent's training every day, he wasn't as easy to stop... He was slowed down, but continued to the source of the chirp.
