Yes. Erich is six now and blah blah blah.
Nagasaki sat on the couch, folding laundrey. It had been six years scince Ludwig left. She had put a picture of her lover in Erich's room so he wouldn't forget his father. She wasn't as depressed now but she missed Germany, alot. She had trouble sleeping at night without him beside her with his big strong arms to protect her from harms way. "Erich! Come here please!" she called out to her son.
-
The boy rushed to his mother, "Yes," he replied. He held a small smile understanding only little of the suffering they both were going through. He hardly knew the German who was the man who helped create him, perhaps soon he would though. This thought kept Erich's hope still thriving.
-
"Can you hand me that basket over there?" She asked politley, she wanted her son to know his manners and not be rude and a slob, pig person thing. Her eyes scanning her sons face proudly. He was quite the young man.
-
A loud crack was heard, echoing through the kitchen and all of the house. A tall bulky figure moved his way in and picked up the little cloth chuckling. "Nien, but I can." Germany glanced out to Nagasaki, his face the exact same. His uniform was slightly lighter from exposure to the sun, but other than that, he was still the same man he was before.
-
She looked over, eyes growing wide as she dropped everything, jumped over the couch and hugged Ludwig tightly. "Oh my god...oh my god...ohmygodohmygod.." she whispered. "I missed you so so so much~!" her voice cracked slightly as she burried her face into his chest.
-
He chuckled lightly and pulled her even closer. He would need to leave again. He was home and one of the few members lucky enough to be alive. "I told you I vould come back," he replied, blue eyes shining with thier old glimmer.
-
"Do you know how scary it was to sleep alone again...I like..freaked out when the heater made it's ticking noise. I missed you so much!" She repeated, reaching up to kiss his cheek gently, eyes glimmering with happiness.
-
"Vell I'm back now." His heart regaled as he remembered Italy fighting alongside him, the bond they had shared and now he was here. A father again. "Vhere is Berlin?!"
-
"Over there, sir!" She pointed to the child she had called to earlier, "Six years old now!" she nodded, stepping to the side.
-
Erich was confused of the situation, was this a dream he had so many of? Where everything so fine and dandy, the manen supposedly his father, from the picture was there with the woman he titled 'mom'. He was speechless, and felt as though he had been punched in the torso(?). A small, unsure smiled took its place on Berlin's face, "Are you...?" The poor boy couldn't even finish with such a light headed feeling and the adrenline coursing through as his heart raced.
-
Ludwig strode over, towering over the small boy with a dense shadow cast over his face. There seemed to be no resemblance between the two except for their peircing eyes. He looked just like his mother, slender, gracious. "My name is Lieutenant Ludwig Beildschmidt, former caption of the SS." Germany smiled sweetly,"But more importantly, I am your father."
Star wars reference XD
-
Erich was paralyzed, due to how frightening the man seemed, "M-my.... Daddy?" He looked down, the small kids testing the word on his tongue as he only used it in long forgotten questions. But he was happy to see that Nagasaki was right, as little changed; Ludwig still resembled the picture placed in his room. Berlin's jett-black hair ruffled in suspense, why was this happening now? Leaving the boy to wonder, and be curious as to more about his Dad.
-
He wanted to gag at his obvious Japanese oriented accent but stopped himself,"Ja, your father," he emphasized in a heavy accent, trying to get him to understand what he wanted to be known by. His son would be raised in mixed cultures, but he was also a city in Germany. He needed to learn the proper speech.
-
"O-Okay... Father, where had you been? How w-" Berlin tried to correct himself and pick up on Germany's accent. Though the boy still didn't know why he was called Berlin, "Vhat happened? I need to know!" He beamed seeming the childish boy he was. Only to hug Ludwig slightly, before Erich ran off to go get a few things he had done to impress the new father-figure in his life.
-
He watched him go and his heart sank. How could he explain who he was? Who he had been and still was. He turned to Nagasaki and gave her a pained look before looking back at Berlin. It was cute, the way he tried to mimic the accent. Once he arrived, he pulled up his chest and forced a smile,"I'm a Luitenent in the Germany military."
-
Nagasaki looked down at her feet. It was her fault for the japanese accent, due to hers when she taught Berlin to talk. She looked down, shuffling her feet slightly.
-
"Is something wron-vrong? I-I just don't know.... vhat seems ... wrong... Ruitenent? Vhat rank is that?" Erich asked, his eyes gleamed in interest, glad to be around the two.
-
The German grimaced in disgust at the slurring and held up a finger,"Lu- ten- ant," he repeated, emphasizing each syllable. "I vas head of an elite group. A group called ze Nazis."
-
Berlin frowned, he couldn't help saying things wrong, and yet he tried not to... It was just the way he was, perhaps he shouldn't say anything. But his eyes held slight hatred, 'nazis!' How he feared it was true what he was hearing, could his father really be one? A bad guy?
