Ai stood up,"Aatu, follow me. We're safe. The government thinks this place is dangerous, so nobody ever comes here. Well, except me," she said. She motioned to follow her, and she climbed up a ladder.

His ears perked, as he padded over to the ladder he looked up then shifted forms. He climbed up the ladder after her, he reluctantly thought, 'Well, I guess this human form isn't completely useless...'
-
A hayloft was at the top,"You can sleep up here! When I was little, I would come here, and stay here till morning till I wasn't p*$$ed off at my father anymore," Ai said.
-
He raised an eyebrow at her then his facial expression gentled as he said, "I can't believe I'm saying this to a human but, thank you." He climbed up on the hayloft then he smirked, "I guess you have quite a temper." He looked around him in silence then his gaze focused upon Ai.
-
"It's no problem. That's what friends do, right?" Ai said,"I'll stay here with you for tonight to see how you're adjusting,"
-
He blinked, then looked away from her, 'Me, friends with a human? What the h*** is wrong with me?' He nodded his head and shifted forms, he curled up, his tail over his muzzle, blue eyes focused upon Ai for a few more moments then glanced away eyes closing slowly.
-
Ai laid back, and fell asleep. Her complete steady breathing signaled she was asleep.
-
Aatu rolled over on his side and curled up, finding a position that was comfortable, he fell asleep after a few long moments.
-
[I'm gonna time skip to morning!]
When Ai woke up, she saw she was sleeping next to Aatu. She must have sleep walked again a, now embarrassing! She turned a red color, and sat up quickly.
-
Aatu opened his eyes quickly as soon as he felt the quick movement next to him; he leapt to his paws quickly, looking around him wildly a growl starting in his throat as the fur on his back bristled, he then saw Ai next to him and saw no one else. Quickly he relaxed, his fur flattening the growl dying out quickly as he relaxed, he glanced towards the place where Ai had been when he had fallen asleep last night to the location of where she was now. His ears perked slightly as he sat down and yawned, making sure he looked like he didn't take any notice though his blue eyes remained upon her red face.
-
Ai gave a sheepish smile,"Erm.....sorry?" she said.
-
Aatu paused then focused his complete attention on her, he blinked then shifted. He shrugged his shoulders, "Eh, it isn't much of a big deal." He smiled slightly at her, a somewhat warm, friendly smile, his eyes seemed to gleam like deep blue pools and his expression seemed to brighten. He trusted her completely, what other human would defy their government? Aatu climbed down the ladder and waited for his eyes to adjust to the sunlight.
-
Ai followed him down,"So, what do you want to do?" she asked him, sitting on a ladder rung.
-
He shrugged, "I don't know."
-
"Do you want me to go get you some cake?" Ai asked,"Or something to eat? You must be hungry,"
-
Aatu smiled faintly, "Ai; even though I look like a man I'm still a wolf." He flashed her a smile, his teeth was still sharp even in his human form, "I can hunt for my food well enough, you don't have to risk anything for me."
-
"O-okay. Sorry," Ai said.
-
He laughed quietly, "Stop apologizing Ai." His eyes gleamed with amusement then he turned away from her and began to walk out the farm door, "I'll be back soon." Shifting forms he looked around him before walking off, searching for a scent of prey.
-
"Stay safe!" Ai said. She sat on the ground. Stupid, stupid, stupid!
-
Aatu flicked an ear back as he glanced over his shoulder towards her. He then turned his head away as he caught a scent near the city. His ears perked as he followed it with curiousity. Silently, he crept around the city edges where no one could have seen him. His gaze flickered among the different stands in the marketplace. His eyes finally landed on one of the hot dog stands. He wagged his tail slightly as he backed up against a building, glancing around him then he shifted forms. He smiled faintly as he murmured to himself, "Once again, this form has some uses..." He looked around the corner and walked down the street with silence, a couple of people were walking their dogs, most of the dogs either cowered away or growl at him. He tried to ignore it, as he went past the hot dog vender, his hand flashed out in a quick movement as he hid the food underneath the jacket he was wearing. Apparently, the human didn't even notice as he calmly walked past. He smirked when he got away the farthest. Soon, he took a shortcut out of the city and went back towards the old farm, making sure he was careful in not being caught, he walking in the farm doorway, a triumphant look upon his face.
