    Vivid collapsed, panting on the forest floor, but heaving great gales of laughter. "Ohhh...that was fun.." she crowed happily. "but I already feel the tolls of being pregnant." She was still heaving gales of laughter, genuine laughter that left her laughing harder because of how funny she sounded.

    Vivid licked Grim back, then sighed. Since she was going to have kits soon, she better mature fast, and they might as well look for a den. "Grim...When I have kits..I want them where we'll be safe. Like a den perhaps. Can we look for a home while we're out here?" Vivid asked, now seemingly tired.

    Grim nodded and sniffed the air. "Lets go look." He let Vivid lean on his shoulder while he headed for a rock pile.

    Vivid leaned on his shoulder lightly, so he wouldn't have to stagger under her weight, and she sighed, worry creasing her cat 'brows'.

    Grim walked to the rock pile. He found a cave and walked inside looking around the hollow space. He laid Vivid down and licked her head. "Do you like it Vivid?" Grim looked at her trying to comfort her.

    Vivid plopped down, spreading her legs on the surface. "It's purrr-fect." Vivid's muffled purr escaped her.

    Grim purred in agreement. "I'll go get moss for our nest's. He quickly ran out and found a dry patch of moss then rolled it up and brought it back making two nests in the edge of the cave. He ran back outside and grabbed wet moss and laid it near one of the nest and then helped Vivid to her nest. He purred and said. "Drink the water from the moss for now you'll need it.I'll go hunt for us both." Grim looked at her for a answer.

    Vivid purred in quiet agreement when he volunteered to go hunt. Seemingly really drowsy, the she-cat lapped up a bit of the water, looking up at her mate with tired eyes. Feeling a bit dizzy, Vivid nodded silently in agreement again before curling up in a tight ball to sleep her tiredness off.

    Grim licked her head and headed off to go hunt. He scented a mouse and dropped low and stalked it. He pounced on it killing it with one bite. He buried it for later and hunted some more. He scented a rabbit and it's tail gave it away in the bushes. He sprinted off and killed it. He dragged it behind him and put it in the cave sprinting off and grabbing to mouse and setting it next to the rabbit. He dragged the rabbit to Vivid and then settled down with the mouse in his nest. He licked her sleeping head and began eating the mouse hungrily. He swallowed the rest and licked his lips happily. "Enjoy your rabbit." He whispered.

    Vivid purred slightly in her sleep when Grim licked her head, one of her delicate paws kneading slightly in happiness. A small coo escaped the back of her throat, a noise she hadn't made yet in her life. Maybe it was her motherly nature to coo.

    IC: Grim looked at the den they called home. They now had a freshkill pile in the crack in the wall and, they had herbs stored in another crack.

    ( lmfao. i wanted to skip three months because i want vivid to have her kits. xDDD )


    Vivid's belly, full of unborn kits, had swelled over the time of three months, and now she was heavily pregnant at three. The she-cat was currently snoozing happily in her nest, tail twitching as she slept. Of course, the she-cat had also matured greatly over that time, and she fully enjoyed Grim's attention, even if she was pregnant and couldn't go anywhere when she knew her kits were due sometime soon. Well that time was now.


    The cream colored she-cat's green eyes flew open in startled shock as the first contraction tore pain throughout her body. "Grim!" she screeched.

    Grim darted to her and looked at her with worried eye's. "Are they coming. Is something wrong." Grim spilled out questions while trying to figure out himself what was happening.

    "The kits.. are.. coming.." she squeaked out, pain intercoursing her as a contraction rippled her flank.

    Gorden tried to calm her and ran to the herb pile. He picked up a poppy seed and gave the poppy seed to her. "This will help the pain I hope." He said.
