  • "Don't walk away from me!", Chase pulled the trigger and started firing at David.

The moment Jason was on his feet again he started healing from the wounds. He also blocked a few bullets for David,"Well, I've just wandering around, you know, getting shot at, hiding away. The usual." He gave a shrug.

  • I'm sick of looking for those heroes in the sky
To teach us how to fly
    Together we cry, we cry

    OOC: Bless you both....

IC: Carina fingered one of the knives hidden in her belt, wondering if she should try to find David and help him with whatever was going on- she knew there had to be something going on. She pulled out the knife momentarily, before reconsidering her weapon choice and shifting seamlessly into a large, charcoal wolf-dog. The creature sniffed at the ground for a moment before catching David's scent and following his path quickly.

  • David placed James behind him before seeming to multiply until there was a circle all the way around Chase They spoke in unison. "You know... they have a saying that goes like this: "Mind over matter." Most people take it to mean something about psychic powers or the like. It really refers to how your body responds to threats that it perceives. If your brain is absolutely convinced you are sick, you will feel sick. If I trick it into thinking you are infected by a bacteria, your body will respond with a fever to kill it. If I make it think that the fever isn't enough it will continue to get hotter until you die. There are many more possibilities, but that is one of my favorites." David remarked.

  • Chase growled, looking at all the copies,"You know what? I'm done with you Creatus. I don't care what your power is, once you're dead, I will be the one in control", he shouted, anger gathering fast. He held out his hands and balls of fire formed,"I will be the most powerful."
Jason stayed back,"Hey, if you don't mind it, I would like to get the last few hits in on him. I have a personal grudge on him."

  • "No, I'm a f*cking wizard! Of course I'm a Creatus. It's about time one of you lowlifes caught on", Chase surround himself with a ring if fire and prepared to push away all of the copy.

  • Chase glared at one specific clone and charged forward, his fist on fire, swinging for it's face.

  • Chase began swinging at each one, completely fueled by anger.
"Someone needs a nap", Jason commented from the side lines. He looked behind him to see soldiers gathering around, ready to fire. He stood up and stretched,"Hey! They're occupied with each other at the moment. Leave them to it, and see who comes out on top. But for now, I am here for your entertainment."
The soldiers began firing at him, and the only met armor that formed to protect against the bullets.

  • David stood up from where he had been hit by the first punch. no one ever expected the illusion user to take a hit on purpose, so he made Chase think he had hit a clone by laying a double illusion: one on top of the other. He waited until his back was to him before slipping his arm around chase's neck. "What are you punching at?"

  • Chase heated up around his whole body in an attempt to burn him,"Your f*cked up face! Freak."

Carina, or better, the charcoal wolf-dog she was taking form of, ran into the fight as soon as she saw it. She jumped thoughtlessly towards Chase with her canines bared in nearly a devilish grin, popping open her jaw to take a large bite of his leg as she flew closer.

  • David saw Carina, for only Carina would be so reckless, enter the fight and he became serious. He draws two wakizashis from under his cloak and he puts one in a reverse grip before dashing at his opponent and swinging at him.

  • Chase goes to stop Carina with a kick, but notices the blades in coming so he starts jumping back, barely dodging, but still being lightly cut on his arms. He tries a new tactic, and starts playing defensively, placing a wall of fire between him and David.
Jason, who doesn't want o get anyone but Chase killed, runs for the troops, only scaring them off by approaching, swinging and missing on purpose. Some get confused and are stubborn, and those ones, he's forced to grab and throw. The bullets only hit armor, but using this power also, is starting to tire Jason out.

  • David focused for a second, and then all of the soilders were runnign back, but this time they were pointing their guns at Chase only. "Leave them alone. i have them under my control," he said to jason. I mean his illusions revolved around mental manipulation, why shouldn't he be able to control the weak minded?

  • Jason looked back at him nodded then shrugged, now ducking down to avoid any bullets.
Chase looked around, knowing he was surrounded. But he didn't panic. He lowered his head, as if accepting defeat. Then he raised his head with a large smile,"Fine, looks like I failed my plan. But I will at least make sure there are less of all of you here." He now turned on the soldiers, flaring up fire, and started wildly throwing balls of fire.
Jason stood up quickly, taking them for himself. The first one hurt because his body had to adjust to it being fire, then afterwards he started taking them without pain.

  • Jason found himself having trouble and decided to try and stop it at the source. He started towards Chase, arms crossed in protection,"Oi, hot head."
Chase, also starting to get exhausted, stopped for a few seconds as he charged. he waited until Jason was a little closer before holding out both hands as flamethrower.
Jason felt the heat right away, getting painful burns on his arms and partially his face, but managed to cover it quickly, blocking the rest of the flames. He charged Chase, attempting to tackle him to the ground, but misjudged Chase's strength.
Chase kept himself grounded, holding himself up, and pushing against Jason.
Jason gave a glance over at David, nodding his head to Chase, telling him to maybe help a little.
