Bone looked at Shadow. "No, it's not safe now. We'll leave early tomorrow at sunrise." He explained. "Now everyone get some sleep we have a long journey ahead of us." He said lying down in the den.
Luna laid down away from everyone still feeling like that it's her fault.
She lay next to him.
Alaska curled up and fell asleep.
She curled up next to Bone.
Bone curled around Shadow, happy to be with his sister again.
Luna saw that everyone was asleep. The hunting dogs and the hunters were mostly after her; she didn't want them to get hurt because of her. She got up and quietly padded out the den.
She licked his cheek.
Bone opened an eye and nuzzled her.
Luna padded through the dark forest. She saw a river and jumped in it to wash her scent off just in case the others try to look for her. She found a hole in a trunk of a tree. She crawled in and curled up and slowly fell asleep.
She rolled over in her sleep accidentally crushing Bone.
Bone groaned and opened his eyes. "A wild sleeper as always." He playfully growled, half asleep.
An angry awaker!"
He chuckled and looked up. "Hey where's Luna?"
"Huh? I don't know?"
Bone got up and sniffed the air. "Oh no, She left the den."
"Why?"
"I don't know why but we have to find her." He said and padded out the den. "Come guys."
"Hey I'm not a guy!"
Bone rolled his eyes. "Just come on!"
Don't roll your eyes at me!" She said.
"Shadow this is no time to mess around!" He growled seriously
I'm not messing around!" She pouted.
