Kamikazeflight padded onto the hill, looking back for Hawkpool.

Hawkpool raced after her. Where she had stopped he sat down. The little run had rushed adrenaline through his veins.
-
Kamikazeflight smiled has she caught sight of him, a strange happy feeling spreading through her.
-
Hawkpool smiled at Kamikazeflight. He really liked being around her.
-
Kamikazeflight looked down into the territory. They could see the camp from here but all she had eyes for was Hawkpool.
-
Hawkpool didn't want to say anything. The silence was peaceful. Kamikazeflight looked beautiful, and she seemed happy enough.
-
Kamikazeflight looked away from the territory and at the handsome golden tom.
-
Hawkpool was still gazing at her when she turned to look at him. He smiled at Kamikazeflight. "I really like you Kamikazeflight."
-
"Your not to bad yourself." Kamikazeflight purred.
-
Hawkpool smiled again. "Thanks."
-
Kamikazeflight nodded shyly, shuffling her paws in slight discomfort.
-
Hawkpool took notice. He couldn't tell what she had shuffled her paws for. Discomfort? Emabarassment? Shyness? He shrugged. He didn't think it was that personal. The sun was in between setting and sun-high. Hawkpool stretched, hungry again. "Would you like to hunt?" He asked.
-
"Sure." Kamikazeflight purred.
-
Hawkpool got into a hunter's crouch and opened his mouth to taste the air. He scented a vole. Detecting it, he sneakily creeped up on it. The vole didn't notice him. Hawkpool pounced and it was dead. "Your turn." He said, smiling at Kamikazeflight.
-
Kamikazeflight opened her mouth to scent the air for prey. There was the faint scent of mouse in the air, it couldn't be far. As she stalked towards the scent it grew stronger. She finally spotted it in a fairly shallow hole, probably an attempt at digging up a den. Must've been too weak, too old to survive th leaf bare. It's sides were almost still. She padded up to it a bit and it's neck to kill it. She covered dirt over the mouse in the hole that had once been it's bad. Kamikazeflight looked over to Hawkpool, her eyes sparkling. He looked marvelous. "Hawkpool, remember earlier how you said you liked me?" She silently scolded herself, of course he remembered, for it had been mere minutes since then. She continued. "I kind of feel that way for you to." She felt like a trapped mouse, about to be pounced on by Hawkpool's gleaming golden eyes. Was this how Subtlepaw felt when he learned that she couldn't be his mate? Probably, for now she feared Hawkpool. She knew he would do her no harm physically but rejection she knew was more than she knew she could bare. "I...I was wondering if you would like to be my mate." She said finally after a long hesitation.
-
Hawkpool stood in silence for a moment. When he opened his jaws to speak it made no sense. So, he tried again, "I really like you Kamikazeflight. I would love to be your mate." He purred. He walked over to Kamikazeflight and pushed his nose into her fur.
-
Kamikazeflight purred in delight at his answer.
-
Hawkpool purred back. "Are you hungry?" He gestured towards the two pieces of fresh-kill, "We have plenty of food." He grinned.
-
"Not really." Kamikazeflight meowed.
-
Hawkpool shrugged. "What do you want to do?"
