    [align=center][font=georgia][size=8]Being staff is work. It's not just something we do for fun and its not just a title we hold. If you still want to be staff knowing that its now WORK, not fun, then here's the answer to the question: we pick our staff based on a number of things. If the person is 1) helpful because being a staff member requires you to answer loads of questions 2) active and posting, not just logging in because staff need to be active 3) nice, because a lot of the time being a staff member can be stressful and even then we need to stay chill 4) following the rules and/or reporting rulebreaks.


    Another tip is to stand out. You're helpful, you don't break rules and you report some. But there are over 200 members just logging on daily, why should you be promoted and not that other person who reports, doesn't break rules, and is helpful? Food for thought.

    there is no sure way to become a mod on the site.
    It is a position that is offered to you if you meet the standards and is not something you can ask for.
    While there is no sure way, there is to keep in mind major factors that can slow down your process:


    Age; you need to be 13+
    You need a generally clean record, sometimes you'll have to wait a bit after a minor rule break.
    You need to be on the site for a few months so you know the site and how to help and navigate around.

    thats not how it works, you can't just ask someone to become a staff member.
    Sometimes even the most helpful, kind and active members don't become staff members.
    Why? Because its also about how you could handle the stress that comes with being one.


    Fill out a forum and the staff when Lookimg for more staff later will find it.
    It will not guarantee you a promotion though.

    Also maturity is important too. Even if someone was helpful, active and friendly, but still not very mature or sensible, that would lower their chances of becoming staff. On the other hand, a helpful active and friendly member who was mature and sensible would have a higher chance. (:

    You mean if you were staff? If so, you wouldn't have as much time for RP since you'd be very busy with staff work.
