The year is 2150...around two years after the war between Pokemon and humans. Everything was in shambles, and it was hard to trust Pokemon. Johto, Unova, and Sinnoh were all left void of human life during the war, but Kanto got the worst impact of it all. Nobody knows how the war started, but a few people think that the disbanded criminal organization, Cipher had something to do with it. Some people also thought that something was amiss since Orre took the least damage of everywhere. Suspicions rose and quickly dropped as places were rebuilt slowly, but something really was amiss.
Scientists that once worked for Silph Co. had conducted some experiments on humans in the old Shadow Pokemon Lab to hopefully have a perfect defense against the Pokemon in the war. Their experiments led them to injecting their subjects with the DNA of Eeveelutions, which gave them the skills and moves those Eeveelutions could use, but also changed some of their physical appearances to match that Eeveelution. Once the war ended, the scientists revealed their true intentions. Secretly start making Shadow Pokemon again for Cipher, which has been revived underground, and turn their experiments into fighting machines. Of course, with hearing news like that, escaping was the only likely option to avoid being turned into a fighting machine as bad as a Shadow Pokemon. The Eeveelution gijinkas escaped into the desert, but there was nothing for miles. That's when Cipher hired hunters and gave them Shadow Pokemon to go and hunt down the Eeveelution gijinkas. Will the Eeveelutions be able to escape the Orre region and Cipher's grasp, or will they all be turned into fighting machines for their evil purposes?
