"Heh thanks" he sighed as Toothless trotted passed him and towards Merida. He had curiosity in his eyes now.

Merida still looked at the dragon with caution.

Toothless hummed, examining Merida. He hummed and blinked with his head cocked to the side.

Merida just looked at it "ive only heard of dragons and seen pictures of them.." she said.

"Really? I thought they lived all over the world" Hiccup thought outloud.

"well not here, we just have whisps, crazy posessed bears, witches, need i go on?" he said with a chuckle.

"Nah that pretty much the equivalent" he said with a smile.

Merida laughed and went back up to the shore where her fish was "you guys hungry?" she asked.

Toothless swooned and pranced up to her like a cat that was being teased with fish.
"Apparently" he smiled and walked over to her.

Merida chuckled and took the fish off the arrow and held it out to him.

Hiccup thanked her and began to eat, "So... *Chew chew XD* what is it like here?"

Well outside the palace, really beautiful and mysterious. Inside the palace, stuffed bears and nothing but rules..." she said as she shot at another fish in the stream.

"Very different from Berk" he said, thinking.

She tilted her head "what is your life like?" she asked.

"Well it's pretty crazy. Training dragons, fighting off Alvin the Treachorous. You know, viking stuff" he smirked.

"Alvin the Treacherous?" she asked curiously.

"He's like a pirate sort of, well he's tried to kill me in the past alot" he told her.

"oh... that reminds me of Mordu..." she said as she shivered a little at the thought.
