Alex was silent for the longest time before he started stroking her head, "I...lo--"
A nurse came in at that exact moment and Alex let out a pent up breath on the inside as she checked on how he was doing and checked on Sydney before givign Alex a shot to put him to sleep.
She fell asleep next to him crying
The next day a nurse came in with Luna close behind holding their breakfast.
Alex awoke drowsily and reached over Sydney to grab his food shifting so he could eat. He was ravenous and his body ached all over.
She woke up from his movement "ugh take this bandage off please so I can scratch my arm again"
Alex placed food in her lap, "No." He finished his meal easily and Luna chuckled eating her own breakfast.
"It's easier than thinking about it...... Can I be alone with Alex please?"
Luna was silent and just sat there for a bit before exiting without a word.
Alex looked down at her, "What is it?"
"Last night......" She figured he would know what she was saying. She unwrapped the bandages and scratched off the scabs "sorry......"
Alex caught her wrist stobbing her from scratching, "I don't know what you're aplogizing for, but I will tell you the truth. Just not all at once and not everything in a short time...but I will answer some of your questions."
I meant sorry about scratching..... Let go." She kissed him, and got some urge that she'd never had before, to have sex with him right on that hospital bed. "No.... No.... Please let go"
Alex blinked at her his brow furrowing as he let go of her wrist and placed a hand on her face, "Are you okay, Syd?"
"No! I'm not! There's something wrong with me I sont know what's happening...." She winced although there was no pain yet "let go"
Alex did the opposite and pulled her closer to him refusing to let go, "Sydney, what do you mean something's wrong? Explain, and maybe we can get you something." He didn't know what was going on. Why she suddenly wanted to get away from him. It made his heart ache.
"Let go!" She struggled to get free "please..... I can't let myself take over...... I do t know what that was about but I have to get away from it..."
Alex tightened his grip, but not enough to hurt her, but it was uncomfortable, "Syd, I'm not letting go until you tell me what's going on."
Luna walked in after hearing their voices getting louder, "What is going--" All she saw was Sydney pushing at him and Alex restrainign her, "Explain before I think the worst."
Alex turned red, "This isn't what it looks like!"
Sh gave up "Luna it's not what you think." She cuddled up to him "can we have some more time to talk? He was just trying to keep me from hurting myself....... I really need to tell him something."
Luna blinked and then left again keeping her eyes on them obviously showing her caution as the door closed.
Alex was watching her with a blank expression except there was a flash of confusion in his eyes.
She sat on his legs "Alex I..... Don't k ow how to explain it..... It's never happened before and I'm kinda scared, I had the urge that I could just........ That I cold have sex with you right here. I don't have those thoughts everyday, this is the first time. I think we shouldn't sleep together for a few days....... I mean I would love a child but..... No.... Not anytime soon and not since we yet started dating..... No....."
Alex just froze and was silent as if his brain just shut down and then let out a pent up breath, "I guess...that's expected. You are at the age where...anyways. I think I'll have to agree." Alex was afraid of having children. What would happen to them, how they'd react if they ever found out what he used to be. Alex realized he was getting ready to cry and blinked quickly stopping them before they fell and cleared his throat, "So, you should probably get up."
She moved off of him, but sat ext to him "I love you....." She French kissed him not letting go
