  • Rushkit

"Hey..." The small tom grumbled, pushing his littermate.

    Stormsong

"It's good to see you in a good mood this morning," the StarClan warrior purred. "The new kits are growing very fast as well."

    Duskfang

Duskfang glared down at the StarClan and RiverClan cats, her discolored eyes flaming. "What is with those wretched cats? It's like all they know is peace. Their silly little code leaks with lies and they're all falling for it!" She growled to herself. Turning around, she found herself face-to-face with Tree-eye. "What is it now? Haven't you disturbed me enough?"
"I thought you were talking to me..."
"Fool!" a sharp claw sliced the side of the white warrior's forpaw. Suddenly her mood changed. "I'm sorry," she started, not feeling sorry at all. "but I really was talking to myself. In fact, I was talking to no cat at all." She turned away, her legs tense. Again, she left the green eyed warrior alone padding after her, his leg stained red with blood.

  • Fawnfeather

"You two need to stop messing around! You're both going to your nests earlier than yesterday, you had barely any sleep and you woke me twice!"

    Windrush

The Clan deputy's eyes snapped open. His breath hard, he ran out of the den. Looking around, he let his tense muscles relax. "I hate sleeping," he whispered to himself, padding to the freshkill pile. "Does anyone want to go on a hunting patrol? Maybe just two or three of us?" his gaze swept over the Clan - most cats were still sleeping.

  • Goldenkit

"But mum! I don't want to sleep early tonight!" The golden kit whined. She looked at her brother and smiled mischeviously. She pounced on him and pinned him.

    Snowdrop

*Hearing Windrush's call she bounded over to him* "I'll go on te hunting patrol." She offered smiling.

  • (Like i said in the thing I still get bullied.)

  • Fawnfeather

"Too bad." Grabbing Goldenkit and Rushkit, she pulled them to her belly and curled around them. "I just want you to get used to it, your nearly 'paws." Why must they grow up so fast?

    Windrush

Turning his head to the ivory warrior, he gave her a scowl. "Are you sure? I mean.... Fine, join in. But I'm not placing any bets. We'll leave when another warrior offers." The silver and black tabby tom padded into the nursery. "How are my kits?" Fawnfeather shot him an annoyed look. "They're already getting used to fighting each other. Goldenkit smacked Rushkit just a minute ago!" Windrush gave the pale yellow kit a snarl and walked out of the den. "Let's go, Snowdrop," he yowled. Without waiting for an answer, he ran out of camp.

  • Stormsong

"Don't let him get to you, Snowdrop." The StarClan cat meowed to her friend. "Somewhere in there he believes in you, but he's good at hiding it." A frown grew on her face. "Have you noticed that since he's had those kits, he's, well," Stormsong paused for a moment, considering her words carefully. "changed? Not as sweet as he used to be, less time with Fawnfeather or with the kits, spends more time isolated. Don't you think?"

    Duskfang

Why can't you follow a different cat for a change?
Tree-eye was grumbling to himself. "If only we could go down there like StarClan cats. Then we could give the Clans a taste of their own herbs!"
Duskfang stopped, making Tree-eye nearly trip over her. "That's it!" Whipping around, a menacing smirk was developing on her muzzle. "Tree-eye, you fox-heart, why didn't you say that earlier? We could still visit them, but in their dreams. I have a job for you. Find a cat who is too oblivious to know anything about us, we shall train him. And when we need him," A long, crooked claw tore the bark off a tree. "the cat shall be our spy and warrior!"

    Rushkit

"Now we have to sleep early, thanks!" He hissed at Goldenkit. Letting out a yawn to show how little sleep he had the previous night, he almost instantly fell asleep. He was sure he could hear his mother grumbling to herself.
Rushkit blinked open his eyes. He was in a field. Tasting the air, he was sure that another cat was nearby. Following the musky scent, he found himself face-to-face with a large white tom with green eyes. "Hello there," he meowed gently. "My name is Tree-eye. What is yours?"
"My... My name?" A fear grew around the tabby kit. "My name is Rushkit of RiverClan." He puffed out his chest.
"You look like you want help, right? I watch over you every night. You will be a fine warrior, but I can make you better than all the others. You'd like that, eh?"
A thought grew in Rushkit's mind. He imagined himself compared to Goldenkit - faster, stronger, and smarter. He liked this. "You're a StarClan cat!?"
    "In a way, yes."
"I accept. Where do I start?"
*For the next few hours, Tree-eye shows the kit experienced fighting and hunting moves, and he gets a scratch on the back of his shoulder*

Waking up from the dream, a pain seared his shoulder. "Oh no," he whispered to himself, looking over at the wound. Licking it clean, he managed to remove enough of the dark red blood until only the wound was visible. It was a small, fine scratch, but had enough pain to kill two hares. "I'll just say it was a thorn in my nest."

  • Snowdrop

"I think your right. He does seem really sricked latly. He's been really mean to Goldenkit latly." Snowdrop looked to the ground. "Why? Why doesn't he see that me being blind doesn't effect me?!" Snowdrop looked to her best friend. "And why doesn't he see that Goldenkit is so talented?" She added. "You have never steered me wrong before, and you've been my best friend forever. I don't think he should be her mentor. I think I should."

    Goldenkit

"But mum! I only wanted to play fight, and I didn't mean to slap him!" Goldenkit grumbled. "I knew it! You love him more than me! You always have!" Tears startd gushing down her face. "In your eyes he can do no wrong!" Golenkit whipped around and ran out of the nersury crying.

    Snowdrop

"What the?" Snowdrop looked over to the crying kit. "Whats wrong?" she said blocking the kit from running out of the camp.

    Goldenkit

*Collapses in a heap* "Mum and dad love Rushkit better! They always have!" Goldenkit looked up at Snowdrop. She huddeled up to Snowdrop and pressed her head into her snow like pelt. "I wish you where my mum.

    Snowdrop

*Eyes widden* "You know thats not true! They love you." Snowdrop looked down at the crying kit. She put her paw around the kit in a hug. "I will always be here for you. But your mother and father love you differently."

  • Stormsong

"You're right about being a mentor," Stormsong replied with a frown. "But maybe I should inform the leader? They couldn't refuse that way." Her blue eyes fell on the kit. "Do you think that maybe I should let Goldenkit see her first StarClan cat?" She whispered to Snowdrop.

    Duskfang

Of all the cats to choose, he just had to pick that one. Smart in a way I guess. The Dark Forest she-cat snorted. So stupid; it thinks he's a StarClan warrior! "When the time comes, I'll visit it." her voice droned. "Then we can bring it here." Her broad body twisted around. She wasn't talking to herself, but a large, dark brown tabby looked at her.
"When do you think the time will come, Duskfang?"
"We'll know. I can tell." she grinned. "It can't go back now," she added.
"It can't leave the trap now."

    Rushkit

    "Goldenkit!"
The tiny silver-gray tom sprinted out of the nursery, a slight limp in the leg with his wound. "I'm sorry. If I did anything wrong, please forgive me!" He mewed to his littermate. "I'd give anything to make everyone love you more." Suddenly, his mind clicked. "Hey, do you like having secrets?"

  • Windrush

"Are you coming or not, Snowdrop?"
His voice raised with impatience. He could hear her talking to his kit, but didn't look around.

    Fawnfeather

"Goldenkit!" The queen yowled. She was slowed, still getting over the burden (XD) of her kits. "Oh you two, come back to the nursery! You'll freeze your tails off if you stay out here." She nudged Rushkit away.
"Goldenkit, I love you more than anything else. Remember that I don't share that love with your brother or father, but in fact, it's tripled. I love my mate and you two kits three times as much as any other cat would." She gave a curt nod to Snowdrop as she lowered her head down to whisper to the light yellow tabby kit. "Your father is under a lot of stress nowadays, please don't think he doesn't love you," Fawnfeather's eyes were filled with a hidden sadness. "and when your a warrior, you'll be able to protect both of us when we're elders, alongside your brother. And remember, just because he's a little bit smaller than you doesn't mean he should be a target. Okay?" She purred.

  • Snowdrop

"I think you shoud do both." Snowdrop looked down at the kit again. Looking over to Windrush she said "Just wait. I'll catch up!"

    Goldenkit

"You mean it?" Goldenkit looked up to Fawnfeather. "Brother you know I will always forgive you!" she ran over to Rushkit and nuged his face lovingly.

  • Windrush

Windrush snorted and padded away from the camp. "She'd better come. I don't blame her if she doesn't."

  • Stormeh

"Should it be a dream, or right now?" excitement grew inside (AKA idsnid) of her. "It's your choice."

  • Snowdrop

Walks out of the camp and runs to catch up to Windrush. On the way she trips on a stick and stumbels but manages to keep balance. "Sorry Windrush I didn't see that stick there."

  • Windeh

"Hmph." Arrogance grew in his tone. "You didn't 'see' it? 'Course not." Pricking his ears, he silenced the white warrior and lowered himself to the ground. In a heartbeat, a squirrel darted past and Windrish took the chance. He launched himself into the air and trapped the furry creature under his paws.

    Fawneh

The young queen purred she followed her two kits back to the nursery. "Its good to see you two like this." Turning to Rushkit, she added: "I heard about a secret. Would you like to share it?"

  • OOC: Its official! A kit will recieve a warning prophecy! The kit is................................. GOLDENFLUFFLES!

    IC:

    Rushkit

"Uh, nevermind." Whispering to Goldenkit, he said as quietly as he could, "I'll tell you later."

  • Snowdrop

Snowdrop growled at the silver tabby. "How dare you?! Thats it!" She lunged at Windrush and pinned him to the ground. She sunk her claws into his shoulder and hissed.

    Goldenkit

"You're gonna tell me the secret? Thanks!"
