But Tigerstar had been in that position before, when he brought Bloodclan to the forest, and he knew just how far the Clans would go to defend their home.     Fawnkit bounced up and down with excitement at becoming an apprentice. It was only one-step closer to becoming a warrior! I wonder who my mentor will be, she thought, getting curious.

    "YESSSSS!!!! YES YES YES YES YES!!!!" Windkit yowled, his paws dancing about the ground.

    Sunpaw sat silently, looking up at the stars. She padded towards Windkit. "Settle down young one." She laughed pinning the kits tail down with her paw.

    Windkit shrieked, a bit shocked, and turned his head to see sunpaw. "Sunpaw!" he chirped happily. Sunpaw happened to be one of his favorite people besides his brothers and sisters.

    "Hey bud! I see your going to be an apprentice correct?!" She laughed. She smiled. Her teeth were sharp and pure white. And her blue eyes sparkled.

    "Yup," he said, grinning slyly. "Bet I could beat you!" he pounced on her.
