Hidden Hearts (Tex and Snowbird)

    He blinked, before nodding. "Most of my experience with she-cats has been.. well.. lets just say it hasn't been pleasant darlin." Tex ducked his head and licked at his chest fur, his tail twitching from behind her to flick back and forth behind himself.

    Tex ducked his head, his ears laying back as her tail touched his. "Yeah.... o-ok." He paused, once again captivated by this she-cat's appearance.

    She looked at Tex.. ~Ok maybe he is a handsome cat~ She thought to herself.. " Tex you okay?" She asked him, Searching for his eyes with her bright blue eyes.

    The black and white tom blinked, before he shook his head. "Ah.. y-yeah, I just.. Its getting late, and our clans will probably miss us if we are gone.... " He stood, padding away a couple mousetails ((inches)) before turning and leaning forwards, licking her ear. "I would like to see you again though... if you're up for it?"

    "Oh you have to go..?" Snowbird mewed "Well I will be up for seeing you anytime." She added happily and touched his nose to hers..

    His ears layed back at the cool feeling of her nose against his, before he purrred low. "I look forwards to it..." and dashed off towards his clan's territory, thanking starclan that this encounter had gone the way it had.

    It had been a while since he had met the she-cat in these woods... several days. Tex glanced around as he padded softly along the border of his clan's territory. He was on a lone patrol, his heart heavy as he scented for other cats. He wished he could see her again. He hadn't stopped thinking about her, though comming home with thunderclan scent on him had earned him a good tussle from one of his friends. Still, as he glanced towards the woods and heaved another sigh, it was worth it. <i>She</i> was worth it. He wasn't sure how, but he knew it in his heart.

    Snowbird heard paw steps... "Hello? Who goes there?" she mewed.. Hoping it was Tex she had to see him again.. She missed him..

    Tex's ears perked. "That you darlin?" he purred low, padding towards the sound of the she-cat, an eagerness in his pawsteps, and a fluttering in his stomach he didn't understand. He was allmost 10 moons now, so close to being a warrior, and yet the she-cat that had plagued his mind made him feel like a helpless kit. He didn't understand, and he wasn't sure he ever would.

    Tex rumbled softly as he padded up, touching noses with the she-cat. "Snowbird! Its been a while... How have you been hun?" He nuzzled against her cheek, giving a lick to her ear.

    "Sad, alone I missed you.. " She blurted! " I am sorry but I did.. Tex.." She sighed and Rubbed her head againest his pelt.. and then rubbed her nose againest his..

    The black and white tom couldn't hold back the rumbling purr that echoed deep within his chest at her admission. "I missed you too...." Tex looked her over, wondering if she had been in any fights or anything recently. He had a scar down his left ear, where it had healed from being split, leaving just a small notch at the edge of the ear.

    Snowbird looked at his ear and licked it... "Aww what happened???" She asked and she hasn't been in fights, honestly she's been sulking (SP?) in her moss.... Because she didn't get to see him.. or even hear his purr... just silence.

    He blinked, having to think about it. "Oh.. My ear? nothin.. just a little tussle back at the camp over scents." He purred softly. "Nothin you need to worry you're pretty little head about darlin."

    "Ok, I can't believe yout here, I Hoped it was you... But how is camp? Do you got your dream gal yet?"
    Snowbird mewed... hoping he didn't she wouldn't have to rip off some fur of that little piece of mousedung.

    Tex smirked slyly. "Oh yes.. She is absolutely beautiful. I think about her all the time... but my clan would skin me if they knew. " He winked at her, his eyes shimmering with adoration and mischeif. It was only obvious on his face that he was infatuated with the Thunderclan cat before him.
