Training (Leechpaw)

    "Lying, shmlying," Hollowsong giggled before hopping back to her feet.


    ooc: By da way, is there a certain amount of training you have to do before you qualify as a warrior?

    "Well, let's finish the day off with a race. First one up the tree and back wins. Because I'm more experienced than you, you get a five second head start. If you beat me, I'll teach you something neat tomorrow."

    "-3...2...1!" Hollowsong leapt onto the second branch and began jumping two branches at a time. Leechpaw had a decent start and was a dozen branches or so above her.

    "Yeep!" Leechpaw exclaimed. Hollowsong was catching up fast. She scrambled up the branches, nearly slipping sometimes.

    "Careful!" Hollowsong called up as she landed expertly on the branch. It bent a little under her weight so she quickly moved away. She was catching up with her apprentice.

    ooc: don't forget we need to go down too.


    With one large bound, Hollowsong was on the branch below Leechpaw.

    ooc: heh heh I know


    ic: Leechpaw jumped. "That was quick," she called. She soon reached the top, and quickly but steadily she turned around and was on her way down.

    Hollowsong reached the top no less than two seconds after her apprentice. She began taking large leaps down (going down was her forte). She almost felt a bit sorry for Leechpaw.

    Leechpaw squealed in surprise. "wow, that's fast!" she tried to copy hollowsong, but ended up almost falling off(again).

    ooc: I'm thinking that you should win. Is there anything in particular you want to do for the prize? Because I originally was going to teach Leechpaw to swim but I'm not sure if you like that.


    ic: Hollowsong warned Leechpaw to be careful before going down another branch. Feeling the urge to show off a bit, she leaped to a branch, swung her tail around it, and , like a monkey, flipped over the branch and landed safely below.

    ooc: a bunch of squirrels XD jk uhh idk anything.


    ic: "show-off!" she muttered. oh well, at least she passed hollowsong while she was flipping. let her show off.

    ooc: Squirrels? Lolz, 'kay. I'll teach you to swim and then treat you to squirrels?


    Hollowsong giggled as Leechpaw passed her while she was in the midst of her acrobatics. No doubt that Leechpaw would win now. There were only a few fox-lengths until the bottom of the tree and Leechpaw was already three branches ahead of her.
