"I know, right?!" December laughed. She than turned, staring out the window. She heard te man pass agan, and Asher talk, but she didn't really hear. Staring out the window, she saw the wing, spreading out and touching the pale blue sky. A clouds sliced through the wing, than splitting apart, a piece of the cloud, hitting the window. dee gave asmall giggle, palcing a hand on the window, staring out into the sky. "So beautiful out there..." She whispered, closing her eyes, and than opening them. She turned back to Asher and than saw the man nod and walk away.
About ten minutes passed when the man returned with a large tray on a rolling table. "Here are the chocolate chip pancakes with bacon for the lady, and ehr chocolate milk..." He said, handing the plate to Asher to pass it to december. "And here are your pancakes, sir, with hot chocolate. And here's some syrup. Also, here are napkins, straws, and the chocolate strawberries, and hre's...birdseed."
December raised her eyebrow. "This comes free with the plane. Enjoy!" He pulled down a small table that came from the front wall to meet with the two, so they could place their stuff down. "Woah." December could only say that. She gratefully took her plate and placed it on the table, than the large glass of milk in the cup holder on the plane chair she sat in.
The teenage girl placed the napkins in a pile in the center, as well as the spoons, forks, knives, and straws in a good pattern around it. She took the syrup and placed it on the round, small table.
"So, thanks for the strawberries." December said with a nod. She looked around to see a few more people groggily waking.

"No need to thank me, I just like them myself. Not that romantic, am I?" He teased, plopping a strawberry into his mouth, a grin spreading across his face within seconds. A screech of protest issued from the cage below is feet, making a few passengers jump in fright. Leaning over, Asher slipped the birdseed into the cage, still smiling oddly,"You don't keep quiet, Splash, you'll be sent to the kittens."
-
December let out a small laugh. "So unromantic." She teased. She let out another giggle as he talked to Splash. "That'll get him to stop." She added. She cut into her pancakes and took a small bite, grabbing a napkin and wiping away the syrup. She took a sip of her drink, and then enjoyed some bacon. She then reached over Asher and grabbed a chocolate-covered strawberry, and popped it into her mouth. After chewing and swallowing, she stuck out her tongue.
-
"What did I do now?" He joked, seeing December stick out her tongue. Taking a bit of bacon, he plopped it into his mouth, chewing loudly to irritate her best he could. Using his fingers, Asher trickled water down her back, laughing as he did.
-
December gasped, leaning forward in a wince as the water came down ehr back. She heard him chewing loudly, whih irratated her a lot. "Jerk!" She teased, shoving him. She laughed, smiling a she grabbed a napkin and wiped the slight water off her back. December then shoved the slightly wet napkin onto Asher's face. "Haha!"
-
"Hey! You're the jerk!" Asher hissed, a mischievous glimmer in his eyes as he smiled, grabbing the napkin, and shoving it in her own face. Before she could protest, or fight back, he leaned in, kissing her for only a moment, or two on the lips,"There. Now, how do you feel?" He grinned.
-
"Better." December said with a smile, tossing the napkin on the ground. "Much better." SHe poked his nose, turning away and looking at the ceiling. Dee let out a short sigh. "After this ride, do you think we'll ever see each other again? I mean, what if we don't, and we're...heartbroken for the rst f our lives...?"
-
"Heartbroken? I do doubt we'll ever see eachother again, December. But, really, you are making me feel a bit depressed at the mention of it," Asher replied, with a small grin.
-
"Sorry, sorry." dee sighed, her slight southern accent now curving around her words. "I just...don't want to loee you." She teached her hand over and held his, still looking up at the ceiling.
-
"C'mon. We're both going to Chicago. Why can't we meet there a few times, and decide then?" Asher suggested hopefully.
-
Dee nodded. Taking a deep breath, she leaned forth and betgun eating her pancakes again. After a moment or two, she finished, and slid her plate and glass aside. She turned her head to Splash's cage, and heard that he was being quiet. "Looks like the kitten threat calmed him down." she laughed.
-
"No, he was angry because he didn't get his evening meal last night," Asher replied, rolling his eyes a bit,"Wait — Look at this for awhile, and tell me what you think," He said, handing her the picture he had taken, just last night.

December looked at the picture, eyes wide. "What is it?" Sh murmured, eyes still a bit blurry from the lack of sleep. And dust in her eyes. She looked at the picture a bit more, trying to make it out, but her eyes did not let her. -
"The night sky outside of the plane. It was while you were asleep," He pointed out, in case she was still a bit confused. Taking his camera, he grinned, not even bothering to fix the position,"Smile," He said, before December could object. He took picture, after picture, not bothering if they were good enough.
-
December laughed, now adjusting to he vision. She turned away, smiling and placing her hands inf ront of her face. She then started posing in each picture, one in which she was blowing a kiss and winking.
-
"C'mon, just a few more," Taking six more pictures, Asher finally stopped, laughing as he flipped through all of them,"This deserves a booklet," He said, taking out an empty, and immediately titling it,'December.'
-
December smiling, tilting her head. "Aw. Thanks." She said, punching him in the arm playfully. She grabbed one more chocolate covered strawberry and took a bite, looking at the pictures as best as she could. The girl gave a small nod, biting her bottom lip slightly. SHe stretched her arms, looking out the window to the nice, fresh air.
-
Plopping a chocolate strawberry into his mouth, Asher immediately replied,"I'll print these when I get to my uncle's," He promised.
-
"Alrighty then." December said. She rubbed her eyes and leaned backwards, and than remembembered something. She grabbed her journal and begun writing a new entry.
-
"Can I ask you a question? What are you writing now?" He inquired, a grin spreading across his almost... Cute face.
