The kit blinked at being suddenly moved, letting out a soft squeaking mewl of suprise, before falling silent and hiding behind the she-cat's paws. Had she been bad, to talk to the tom? Worry filled the tiny kit's frame, causing her to shake slightly as she clung to the she-cat, the closest thing she had to having a mother again right now.

(ok i will sorry)
Grizzlyclaw looked over towards river and took few paes back "im sorry, i wasnt thinking rght i did not know whos territory i was on, and i was just making sure the kit was ok excuse me for being polight"
his tail was bristling slightly at the cat and twitching but he stayed his ground -
{ no need to apologize. (: }
"There's no need," snapped Hawkflight. "Couldn't you see that I was taking care of her?" She looked down at Stripe, giving the kit a small lick to show that she hadn't done anything wrong. "Who are you anyway?"
-
a small growl had arose in his throat
"I'm Grizzlyclaw of Thunderclan, i was just taking a walk to think ove some things when i accidentaly pased the scent markings and smelled a kit" -
Stripe's ears flicked, cowering more at the sound of the growl. The kit looked ready to bolt. Her heart hammered in her chest. That sounded like her brothers when they were angry at each other. She tried to stifle a mournful mew at the thought of her siblings and her mother, but was unsuccessful, curling into a little ball in the area between Hawkflight's forelegs and stomach.
-
Hawkflight nuzzled Stripe gently, noticing that this conflict was giving her unneeded stress. She licked Stripe's drying fur comfortingly, murmuring soothing words to calm her down. "There, there," she whispered. "It'll be alright."
She raised her head and glared at Grizzlyclaw. "Then go back to your own territory," she growled, her amber eyes cold. "Stripe is fine here, and you can leave. Now."
-
Grizzlyclaw looked down at the poor kit then the stare had turned into a glare up at Hawkflight
"fine" he had turned and went into bushes (back to own terriory) but he has stoped n a juniper bush to hide scent and watched to make ure kit was really ok -
Stripe shivvered, though not from cold, as her ball of fluff of a body was allmost dry. Turning her gaze up to the she-cat she mewled softly. "Was it bad to talk to him?" The kit looked very confused, not yet knowing, or understanding the ways of the forest and the clans.
-
Hawkflight sat down beside Stripe, shaking her head slowly. "Well," she began, wondering how to form her words. It would be difficult to describe Clan rivalry to the kit. "See, he was a cat from an enemy Clan. Which means, he wasn't from my home. So I can't trust him. If he was dangerous, and I had let him stay, it would be against the rules of my home, which is the warrior code. Does that make a little more sense?" She gazed down at Stripe.
-
Grizzlyclaw watchd intently wondering how Hawkflight would describe clans to the kit
he started to think about his kit that was killed on this thunderpath about a moon ago
he opened his eyes again nd pictured rivr clan while Hawkflight talked -
She tilted her head, thoughtfully listening to the she-cat's words. "You didn't know if he was bad.. so he couldn't stay... Cause your.. clan? doesnt want bad cats." It was the best the kit could formulate, and it took her a minute to say, her head tilting up towards the she-cat with a puzzled look, but in the back of those golden eyes was an eagerness to learn.
-
"Generally," replied Hawkflight, giving her chest a couple quick licks. "He's a ThunderClan cat, and I'm a RiverClan cat. He's not from my home, and I don't know if he was here to steal prey or something. I don't know him, therefore I can't trust him."
-
The kit took another few moments before she mewled again. "But what about me? I'm not... riverclan? Either..." The kit tilted her head, watching Hawkflight. "Does that mean I can't stay either?"
-
when Grizzlyclaw heard that hawkflight could not rust him his claws had usheathed
thinking: "thats not what river clan said when i saved one of your drowing kits"
he had not realized but his claws had sunken nto the dirt beneath him -
Hawkflight frowned thoughtfully. "You can stay," she meowed. "But Shimmerstar would have to decide that. Shimmerstar's the leader of RiverClan," she added. "Do you want to stay with us Stripe?"
-
This time the kit took a long time to answer, she seemed to be thinking things through in her head, silently, sitting, with her paws tucked up close to her and her tiny fluff of a tail curled around herself as much as it would. " You saved me... You were really nice, gave me food, made me warm.. You remind me of mumma. Are the other Riverclan cats as nice as you?" This was the most that the kit had said so far. She was soft spoken, but her voice was calm now, which apprently alleviated her stutter.
-
Grizzlyclaw had decided it was time to go as he was backing out of the bush he steppedon a pine cone and it made a loud crack! he stopped ead n his tracks hoping Hawkflight had not heard him
-
Hawkflight's head shot up, and she jumped to her paws. "That ThunderClanner," she muttered angrily. "Hey you!" she called out, amber eyes dark with anger. "Get the hell outta here, you understand?! I'm telling Shimmerstar about ThunderClan intruders, right now!"
She turned back to Stripe, casting angry looks over her shoulder. "RiverClan has very nice cats," she murmured to the kitten. "The queens will take care of you there, I promise."
-
a hiss came from bushe asGrizzly claw burst from them he topped and yowled "oh ya, so nice" before bursting back to thunder clan camp
-
Stripe's fur stood on end at the sound of the snap, turning her into a ball of fur with golden eyes. Ducking she fell into an immediate crouch at the strange noise, and her ears layed back as the riverclan she-cat yowled after the intruding Thunderclan cat. When the sounds of his pawfalls fell away, she spoke again. "I... I want to be safe. If being with Riverclan means I will be safe, then I want to go."
((OOC: Should we move / switch out to a riverclan board?))
