Kelly quickly came to him and dropped to her knees. "Oh god." she said quietly. She found a container of wet wipes on a shelf and carefully dabbed his arms. She sighed. "I'm so sorry." she said softly, touching his arms gently and dabbing the blood away.

He held in his swears as she wiped the blood away with wet wipes. "It's not your fault...it's mine."
-
"Just, don't do it again." she said quietly after she cleaned him up. She hovered over him and kissed his lips, hoping to distract him from the situation.
-
Heh. And he said I'd fail. LOOK AT ME NOW!!! He smiled. "Can you do one thing for me?" he asked quietly.
-
"What?" she said quietly, throwing away the wipes she had used and cleaning the last cut.
-
"Don't...tell...anyone." he said with a quivering voice.
-
"I won't I promise, what? She asked again, kneeling at eye level with him.
-
"Yeah just don't tell anyone. I already have enough problems anyways..." he said looking down at then knife on the floor.
-
She stepped on the knife and slid it back as if she didn't do it purposely. She gingerly ran her hand through his hair. "I promise."
-
He hugged her and whispered softly "I'm just a wreck..."
-
She held him close. "Well its time to get you out of the wreck." she whispered back, burying her face in his shoulder.
-
"I can't...I just can't..."
-
"Come on, it'll be alright." she whispered quietly, still holding him, she touched her nose with his.
-
"Can we go home now?" he asked her. "I'm just really tired."
-
"I'm sorry, I can't, but you should go to the nurse and tell her you're sick, okay?" she said quietly, looking him in the eyes now.
-
"No. She'll be wondering were all these marks came from. I just really don't want to deal with all that right now..." then he looked up at her with hopeful eyes. "Why can't you come home with me?"
-
"Because, I have to stay in school." she said guiltily. "You know a lot more than I do." Kelly said, resting her forehead on his and closing her hazel eyes.
-
He chuckled. "I probably don't."
-
She smiled and kissed him again without opening her eyes, putting her arms around his neck.
-
He kissed her back, putting his hands on her waist.
