    Breezeshade crouches, he sees a blackbird. He slithers forward and leaps, pinning it and he kills it.

    Whitepaw glances at Fernpaw, he catches her gaze and his cheeks go red. He gives his chest a couple of embarrased licks.


    Breezeshade sees a squirrel and he flattens to the ground. He slinks forwards and the squirrel sees him, it jumps up a tree with the dark warrior vanishing after.

    ic: Dovepaw got up and walked around, bored.

    Crimsontide padded up to Dovepaw, "We're going training Dovepaw." She meowed, flicking her grey patched tail over her back to rid her fur of a stray scrap of moss.

    Rubypaw waited for someone to appear and hunt with her.

    Crimsontide padded swiftly through the forest, occasionally checking over her shoulder to see if Dovepaw was still following her. She stopped at the training area and crawled inside. "OK Dovepaw, I'm a badger attacking your camp, what would you do?" The young warrior asked, crouching with her muscles braced for full on impact.

    Crimsontide rolled, dodging Dovepaw's attack by a whisker's width. "Very good, but don't show your attacker where you are aiming, they'd probably know the exact counter-blow or attack to use in defence." She crouched again, this time a little bit away from her original position. "Try this, watch me carefully." The warrior leaped into the air, trying to confuse Dovepaw into thinking she was going for a head on charge. But instead of propelling herself towards her apprentice, she dodged behind her as fast as a bullet and aimed to strike a blow to the back of Dovepaw's head. Crimsontide whirled on her hind legs and ducked what she thought was a counter-blow to her attack move before lashing out a front paw in a solid side-slash. Dancing once more around to the front of Dovepaw, she reared onto her hind legs again and leaped over her apprentice, aiming to crash down into her flank and send her sprawling away on the floor.

    Ic~ Beetle presses up against Wild as they sleep.


    Creekstar takes a squirrel from the pile and sits down, looking at the amber, green, and red trees, Leaf-Bare is coming. he thinks to himself.


    Whitepaw yawns and his mentor nods to him. The white apprentice trots into the apprentce den.


    Breezeshade catches the squirrel on the nimblest branch and he goes down slowly.

    Druidsong opened her piercing blue optics and gazed around her den. She staggered to her paws, trying not to wake the sleeping kits beside her. The young medicine cat yawned and stumbled out of the den, searching for her new apprentice: Rubypaw.

    Ic~ Wild slides to the edge of the nest.


    Beetle bolts right up as Wild and Druidsong's warmth fade away, "Wild?" He pokes his brother.


    "I'm trying to sleep!" Wild says sleepily.


    Beetle snorts.


    Creekstar sees Druidsong, "How are the kits?"


    Breezeshade drops onto the ground and he sees the rest of his patrol, "Ready to go back?"
