Swiftstorm felt more lonely than ever. She just couldn't seem to make friends here, and she was already faced with a heart-wrenching situation. Retreating into the shadows, the she-cat silently turned back towards the river. Maybe now would be good time to get to know Snowlily and Cloverleap.

"Oh..Sorry" He mewed, not knowing because he hadnt been listening very well

Snowlily saw Swiftstorm pad back without Moongaze. She said "I'll be right back." to Cloverleap, and followed Moongaze's scent to where she stood.
Snowlily brushed up against her and said, "Hey....don't cry, what happened to living in the past?"

Cloverleap wasn't good at handling deaths, so he stayed where he was

Snowfire saw moongaze and swiftstorm race away so he decided to follow them and he climbed a tree and he leaped gracefully from tree to tree until he saw them. He looked down to see moongaze weeping and swiftstorm trying to help her. He watched and he wondered why moongaze was sad. He saw a little mound where they were sitting and he thought for a bit and then he realized what went on. His gaze softened and he leaPed down from the tree and he padded slowly towards moongaze his tail tip also resting on moongaze's shoulder.

The she-cat followed Snowlily back to Moongaze, head lowered slightly. She did not speak, her pawsteps were inaudiable as she approached and sat beside the two. She rested her tail on Moongaze's shoulders and gazed at the ground, knowing what was buried beneath the soil. She felt sorrow for her new friend, but still didn't speak, knowing that nothing she said would make the situation better.

Moongaze appreciated the comfort of Swiftstorm with her. She wanted to say thank you, but before she could open her mouth Swiftstorm was gone. Her weeps became a full blown feeling of sorrow after the comfort was gone.

Snowfire padded back to where cloverleaf was and he sat thee staring and waiting fir them to come back.

Cloverleap turned to Snowfire. "Hey..Some day right?" he asked

Moongaze felt tired of crying, and fell into a tormented sleep. It reminded her of how she felt after he died.

Swiftstorm rested her head on Moongaze's shoulder gently, holding back tears of sorrow. She never knew Whisperheart, but she had a feeling he was a great cat. "He'll always be with you, you know." She spoke quietly, softer than a butterfly's wings as she sat, the cold gray sky expressing the mood in the clearing very well.

Moongaze whispered the words thankyou. Her sleep becoming more restful. Maybe she would feel better after a good rest.

Ic: snowfire nodded and he still stared into the forest waiting for them to return.

Snowlily felt like she should help, but Moongaze had ignored her. She still felt hurt even though she knew Moongaze was caught up in her suffering.

As she slept, Moongaze saw Whisperheart in StarClan. He seemed to be at peace. That was all Moongaze needed to realize she had more pressing matters to deal with. Her and Swiftstorm walked back to the other cats. She could sulk later.
