Sekirei (鶺鴒) are extraterrestrial super-powered beings with a genetic code similar to humans. The Sekirei spaceship crashed on Earth in 1999 on Kamikura Island, and was found by students Hiroto Minaka (future MBI chairman), and Takami Sahashi (future MBI head researcher). On board, the pair had found 108 life-forms, described as "One pillar and 107 baby birds".
The first of them (a pillar, shown as #00, later renumbered and known as #01 Miya) was an adult.
Eight (later known as #02-09) were embryos, also known as the "Single Numbers".
99 others (later known as #10-108) were fertilized eggs.
The adult and the eight embryos are also known as the "Single Numbers". It is hinted that unwinged Single Numbers are equal or even more powerful than their winged counterparts. All of the Sekirei had undergone adjustments for the "Sekirei Plan", especially the Single Numbers. The adjustments had been undergone not only for making Sekirei stronger, but also for controlling and stabilizing their power. Each Sekirei has a Norito (祝詞, "Incantations"), a unique ability that allows them to perform powerful attacks. In order to use the Norito, a Sekirei must be kissed by an Ashikabi prior to reciting it. Sekirei that are under the same Ashikabi can also merge their techniques in order to create more powerful techniques. This puts most Ashikabi at a disadvantage, as only a few Ashikabi possess more than one Sekirei.

Ashikabi (葦牙) are humans with unique genes that enable them to empower the Sekirei destined to serve them. Through mucous contact (kissing) between a Sekirei and its Ashikabi, a Sekirei without wings can become a "winged" Sekirei. Unlike Sekirei, who are mostly extremely attractive women or handsome young men, Ashikabi can be quite innocuous as they can appear in any gender, age, and even status. The power of an Ashikabi can be determined not only by the number of Sekirei he or she has in his or her disposal, but by the bond between them. As the Sekirei plan escalates, five Ashikabi will come out on stop to ascend as the favourites to win the Sekirei Plan, each having winged at least three Sekirei. One of them is Natsuo Ichinomi, the leader of the Disciplinary Squad, while each one of the four others control a different area in the city; Minato Sahashi from the North, Hayato Mikogami from the South, Izumi Higa from the East and Nishi Sanada of the West. If an Ashikabi dies, all Sekirei winged by him or her will also perish.

Jinki (神器, "God instrument"), are eight mysterious artifacts numbered from #1 to #8, also found on the Sekirei spaceship. If all eight of them are gathered, it is possible that they can be used to terminate all of the Sekirei if the wielder desires. Upon all Sekirei being winged, the MBI puts all Jinki in their possession as prizes for the matches of the Third Stage, and only the Ashikabi with a Jinki are allowed to keep participating in the Sekirei Fight by the end of the stage.

The Sekirei Plan (鶺鴒計画), known to Minaka, the CEO founder of The Sekirei Plan and MBI and others as the "Game", is a competition in which Sekirei and Ashikabi fight for survival until the last one remains.

-First Stage: The Sekirei are adjusted and released in Tokyo. Thereafter, they must find their Ashikabi for winging. This stage ends when 90% of the Sekirei are winged.

-Second Stage: Tokyo becomes a closed city and no Sekirei or Ashikabi can leave. The Ashikabi must then wing the remaining unwinged Sekirei.

-Third Stage: A series of battle royales between Ashikabi for possession of the Jinki. On the first three matches, each having a single Jinki as a prize, only a few invited Ashikabi participate and the number of Sekirei each can bring is limited. Three other Jinki are offered as prize for a final match to which all Ashikabi are invited. The two remaining Jinki are not offered as prizes, as one of them is stolen from the MBI before the beginning of the First Stage, while the other is awarded to the Disciplinary Squad's Ashikabi for his job helping enforce the Sekirei Plan.

-Final stage: Only the Ashikabi who secure at least one of the Jinki until the end of the Third Stage are eligible to participate with all others disqualified, their Sekirei terminated. Further details are yet to be revealed.

"Now, before I go any further, allow me to introduce myself, and explain to you all of what The 'Game' is!"

"I, am Minaka Hiroto (御中 広人)! I am the chairman and founder of MBI. Along with my loyal partner in crime Sahashi Takami, I discovered the Sekirei and due to this I feel that this entitles me to be the 'Game Master' of the 'Sekirei Plan', otherwise known as The 'Game'!"

"Recently, I have dispatched all of the Sekirei numbering 1-108 all throughout YOUR district that you are seeing this broadcast in! So now ladies and gentlemen, I announce the start of the 'Sekirei Plan'! Find your Sekirei, and let The 'Game' begin!!! HAHAHAHAH!"

Personality: Razuki is a blood crazed, battle hungry loon who takes pleasure in inflicting pain upon others, and holds nothing back no matter his opponent. Once a simple wandering Sekirei, he took to the Discipline Squad as leader of the Squad of 'Rule Enforcers'. He proclaims himself both Judge, Jury and Executioner, and ensures all who encounter him know that he lives to all three titles...

History: When the Sekirei ship was found on Kamikura Island by Minaka Hiroto and his accomplice, exactly four Sekirei were born from the adult Sekirei that was found aboard from the beginning. These Sekirei were later labeled #02-04, #01 being the adult Sekirei. #02 was the number given to Iyone Razuki, whom was so powerful, that adjustments and attachments were not needed to be put onto him for him to be as deadly as he is.

Razuki was one of the first Sekirei to be born, and as such was charged with the task of protecting the space-ship from outside harm, such as human military or any natural causes. Only once did the military attempt to seize the Island and the ship that was implanted into it, and along side the other four Sekirei, Razuki slaughtered them all, down to the last young recruit. Razuki however, was the only one who took so much pleasure as to agree with Minaka Hiroto that it was a simple 'Game' to enjoy. 'To the victors go the spoils', as Minaka put it, and Razuki enjoyed using that as his excuse to kill, kill and kill...

After Minaka had finished generating all of the other 99 Sekirei, Razuki took that as the sign that his job was done there, and decided to make off on his own little life adventure. For the first couple years of the Sekirei Plan being put into action, Razuki refused to acknowledge himself as a Sekirei, or at least allow anyone else know of what he truly was, and took to the high-life in the human kingdom. Due to his high brain-stem generation from being a practical super-human, Razuki rose quickly in the human kingdom, and soon his name became known all throughout the Eastern border of the world as the owner of 'Midas Bank'. A banking company that took their work very seriously, and enjoyed giving away money just because they could, their catch;
"We shall give you any named amount of money in the form of a loan, that money can be used for as long as you so wish, in any way and you do not even have to use it all. But in return, we receive your future as collateral equal to the amount of money you withdrawal..."

Finally after some time living among humans as a 'man' who rose quickly to the top, he finally decided that the easy life was getting too boring as a human, and decided to return to his old ways. Old ways being, blood thirsty, man-slaughtering demon. And he enjoyed every moment of it... His business's title quickly plundered after he finished slaughtering anyone and everyone who he had hired on as his Employees, but his company's fortune still remained practically in his pocket for him to use however he so pleased, in any given scenario, at any given time.
After his mass slaughtering spree, Razuki took it upon himself to return to his Sekirei brethren's sides, and upon return, was given the title; 'Commander of the Discipline Squad'. After he took charge, more and more Sekirei began to wind up dead, or injured, half the time for crimes they did not commit. All the same, Razuki cracked down on less so the rules, but more so showing how much MBI wasn't going to screw around with those who tried to escape the Sekirei Plan.

That is entirely up to you, I simply assumed is all. You are welcome to do whatever you so please. If you want, we could say that your Ashikabi character finds Iyone, #2? And I can create an Ashikabi for your Sekirei if you would like.

Looks: Miles appearance is rather simple yet unique. He has a head of rusty gold, his eyes a grassy green contrasted color and his skin a pale white. He stands 5 feet 11 inches from the ground, and weighs around 150lbs

Personality: Miles Harvorn was born and raised in Tokyo, and is one of the brightest minds in his college. The only problem, is he lacks the desire to get anywhere with his life. As such, he generally ignores people who try and compliment him, because he knows what he is capable of, only the lack of motivation is what drives him to be as he is.

I can start if you do not desire to. Overall, it would depend upon who we desire to partner up first, Suzuki Hina - Miles Harvorn , Hanako Tamashi - Iyone Razuki.

If I am starting, then if we wish to do Hanako and Iyone, then I have many different scenarios for how they can bump into each other.
As it is, Iyone is apart of the Discipline Squad, the Commander of the squad, in fact. With that on top of his craving for blood and battle, he could simply be out, raising hell and happens to bump into Hanako in the process.

But all the same, that is only one scenario we could use, or we can just start with Susuki and Miles, for as you mentioned before it may just be easier to make happen. The choice is up to you.

If we were to do both of them at the same time, I believe it would only kill the mood-set for the pairs. For now we should start with one pair, which I am leaning more toward Hanako and Iyone at this given moment, to keep the mood-set for that pair, instead of getting mixed emotions for each pair, and less confusion. Does that sound agreeable? Otherwise, we can go ahead and do both at once if you would so prefer.

Alright then, if there are no more further comments to be added beforehand, I shall go ahead and begin.

The Sekirei plan has been in action for the last ten years now, and almost 50% of the Sekirei have now become awakened. As such, that means those who have yet to be awakened are starting to get pushed to awaken, seeing as Minaka is getting restless, and is eager to get the the Sekirei Plan further along.

In broad daylight and leaping across rooftops, a Sekirei was attempting to flee from something, but the question remained as it what it was for several minutes. She was clearly scared and had a man in her arms, presumed to be her Ashikabi. Suddenly, the girl would come to a halt behind a wall, she had her back pressed against the wall, as she peeked over the side of the wall. She saw nothing, and for a brief moment exhaled in relief.
As she would turn her gaze forward to try and continue forward, she would only drive herself into a long 36 inch blade that was held out in front of her, the blade seeping through her stomach like butter, and with a little force afterward, the male would push her against the wall, his blade dipping into the wall behind her as well like butter again.
A wicked ominous smirk peeled across his lips as he chuckled softly, leaning in close to the Sekirei girl, slowly trailing his long snake-like tongue across her cheek as she coughed up blood, her Ashikabi dropping to the ground and being held down by the slender man's left foot. He took pleasure in watching the Sekirei bleed out, and making the Ashikabi watch it happen. He simply chuckled more and more as he would finish the Sekirei girl off with a simple vertical slash out of the female's gut, nearly cutting her in half as she blundered to the floor at his side. He then turned to the the Ashikabi with a keen look in his eyes.

"Take this as a lesson, kid... Shouldn't get so attached to your pets..."

He said intimidatingly, as he would remove his foot from the man, flicking his blade at his side, the blood slashing off of his blade as he would return it to it's sheath. He began his walk back into the street as if nothing had ever happened, MBI helicopters could be heard coming from a distance to retrieve the now inactive Sekirei.

OOC: My idea was that Hanako would either bump into Iyone as he walked into the street, or witnessed the thought-to-be manslaughter and attempted to stop Iyone from getting away, only for things to escalate beyond her control, but Iyone finds himself unable to kill her for whatever compelling reason. The choice is yours.

After exiting the alleyway and wandering a small while forward, he was brought to a solid halt after hearing the echoing click and clank of the aluminum can hit the ground. Iyone stopped, turned slowly to face the direction it came from, baring witness to the young beautiful woman before him trembling in fear.
A smirk slowly painted across his lips, a dash forward with such speed the human eye would never be capable of keeping up with more than a simple blurry image. He reappeared before her, in a solid stance as if he was there the whole time, slowly extending his right hand up to her cheek as he leaned closer to her. Half expecting her to pull away as quickly as she possibly could, he quickly took his left hand and wrapped his cold, pale bony fingers around her right wrist to keep her from moving away, as he slowly placed his right hand upon her left cheek, his solid bloody gaze locked deeply into hers.

"My, my... A beautiful young lady such as you... Why would I kill you...? Then again... Why wouldn't I...?"

Iyone stated keenly to the woman in front of him. His words were that of riddle, but to an intelligent, observant mind, he basically asked her to give him a reason not to kill her. As well also meaning that her answer may or may not decide her fate at this man's hands...
