Peppercloud hear the mewling in the forest and raced through the trees only to find a single, small tom. He was shivering with cold and his bright blue eyes were dull with exhaustion. Peppercloud gasped and picked up the kit. She looked around the the tom's mother, but saw nothing. Peppercloud turned and took the kit back to the ThunderClan camp.
